EDUCATIONAL ARTEFACT INTRODUCTION This educational artefact will help in terms of presenting the learning needs of the individual. The Academic learning refers to the meaningful process which is undertaken in orderto ensure that the development is established on the personal and professional level. The necessary abilities and skills are used to develop an educational artefact. PERSONAL SWOT ANALYSIS STRENGTHS •Critical thinking skills •Communication skills WEAKNESSES •Leadership skills •Skimming skills OPPORTUNITIES •Online courses •Career development THREATS •COVID-19 •Financial issues LEARNING STYLE The visual as well as writing and reading learning styles will help in terms of taking consideration to regulate the life long learning process throughout the phase of academics. This will help in terms of facilitating the effective learning procedure andtheabilityoffacilitatingandexpresstheacquired knowledge with the effective manner. SMART GOALS •To enhance the writing skills along with the required practices within the time span of 6 months. •The goal is to acquire knowledge in the areaswherethewritingskillswillbe improved within a given time of 4-5 months. GIBBS REFLECTIVE CYCLE •The life long academic learning is based on considering the personal preferences and to acquire essential learning with the knowledge and learning. The ideal phase of the learning is dependent on learning that is derived from the university. Maximum knowledge and skills were attained by ensuring a desired career. The personal and academic skills directly helped in terms of enhancing the morale and confidence. •The initial stage faced by me somehow resulted in fear and felt low self-confidence due to lack of academic skills. From that very moment, I decided to came up with an approach to pay best of efforts in order to improvise and enhance my academic skills. With consideration of this learning approach, I was aimed at acquiring maximum possible knowledge throughout my academic phase in University. •The good thing about that experience lies in realisation of personal abilities as well as areas with scope of improvisation. On the other hand, the only negative aspect associated with that experience could be considered as degradation of self-morale and confidence due to lack of academic skills. Though, I felt lack of self-confidence in that particular moment but it was necessary to face that particular situation in order to realise my personal potential. •The learning skills would help in terms of increasing the productiveness in the university. For instance, I would not have gone through the phase of low morale and confidence in my learning stage at University. •My experience in the same areas helped in terms of bringing the facility as an effectivelearning.Inadditiontothat,life-longlearningapproachtakeninto consideration will allow me to be determined at initiating efforts towards my personal growth and development.
