Qualities of Female Managers in the Middle-East and Saudi Government's Role

This research proposal focuses on the qualities of female managers in the Middle-East and how the Saudi Government is granting women high ranks in government jobs. It explores the challenges faced by women in managerial positions and the impact of Saudi Vision 2030. The study also includes interviews with women managers, cancer survivors, and house-bound women to understand their experiences and perspectives.
