Executive Summary
The NSW ministry of education ensures effective functioning of the schools and educational
institutions. The policies that have been taken up by the ministry are aimed at catering to the
needs of the children. Moreover, it can be said that the department also employs strategies that
are effective to promote inclusive approach within the classroom environment. In this regard, it
can be said that the effective educational policies not only ensure harmonious environment for
