2EDUCATION/TRAINING ON ‘DECISION-MAKING SYSTEMS’ SOFTWAREIntroductionThe aim of this report is to present a theory on the delivery of a successful education ortraining on ‘Decision Making Systems’ software as it needs various aspects related to thesuccessful delivery of the training. A new implementation of system within the existing systemof theGoogle will be needinga training/education program in manner to maintain the efficiencyof the project. The purpose of this report is to put emphasis on the objectives related to thesuccessful delivery of the training program and this needs various project management tools andtechniques in manner to deliver the project successfully. Planning the project or project-planningcan is the very first activity for every project and this report presents the Gantt Chart, and WBSrepresentation of the activities included in this training program. This report also presents thescheduling and Budgeting of the training program through using MS Project.GoogleIt is a multinational technology company that is contributing in make the world a betterplace through presenting internet-relatred products and services. Google is developing software,hardware, cloud computing, machine learning search, and many more IoT devices that isbenefitting the world. Various official products and services are also being offered by theGoogle. The whole organization is comprised of 73,992 employees around the globe andimplementing decision making software will be needing proper education and training on howefficiently accomplish the tasks.
3EDUCATION/TRAINING ON ‘DECISION-MAKING SYSTEMS’ SOFTWAREProject ObjectivesTo deliver the training/education program on ‘decision-Making systems’ softwaresuccessfullyto the employees of GoogleTo ensure that planning is efficient and effective throughout the project life cycleTo express the roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders before and duringexecution of the projectTo present a critical path for the delivery of the projectTo schedule the budget of the whole projectTo measure the quality of the project through quality planTo measure the risks that might arise during the execution of the project using riskregisterProject Team and Their RolesThere are various stakeholders involved in this project and these stakeholders can bedivided into two groups namely, internal and external stakeholders.Internal StakeholdersParticipants: Their role is to participate in the training program and gather knowledge inmanner to enhance their capability of deliverables. It is the reponsibility of the participants(employees of Google) to take participate in every meeting and provide attention to theknowledge and skills those are being delivered in the training program. “Slack time” during thetraining and enhancing the promotability and employability are the responsibilities of theparticipants.
4EDUCATION/TRAINING ON ‘DECISION-MAKING SYSTEMS’ SOFTWARETrainer: Trainer’s role is to provide training to theGoogle’semployees and improve theirexixting skills about the desicion-making software in manner to improve the efficiency of theemployees alongwith the application of software. It is their responsibility to enhance theknowledge and skills of the employees and application of the software with complete efficiency.Participants’ manager: To manage the whole project, a project manager role is verycrucial and shjould be given importance in manner to deliver the project successfully. Projectmanager is responsible for managing the team and their roles within the whole project.Resource Manager: Aranging the resources needed for the training/education programwill be delivered by the manager for example system, venue, projectors, demo software etc. It ishis responsibility that the needed resources are available for the whole training program.Technology manager: Technology responsible will manage all the technical resourcessuch as wires, mic, screens and other technical tems. It is his responsibility that all thetechnology is available during the execution of the project.Project Stages and Key DeliverablesThere are various stages involved in this program that includes project planning, projectexecution, project evaluation, and project closure. Project planning includes the scheduling of theactivities, budgeting and risk estimation those have been indicated in the WBS chart presented inthe below project. Project execution includes the roles of the resource manager, manager, trainer,and other stakeholders and focuses on delivering the training to theemployees of Googleon howto use decision-making systems software with complete efficiency. After delivering this phase,nest phase focuses on the project evaluation that can be represented as the quality managementand feedbacks gathered from the employees and the trainers. This includes monitoring and

This also focuses onhow to motivate the participants towards the achievement or the goals projected by Google.Following are the key deliverables of the project:Detail schedule: It covers all the activities and tasks involved in the project, roles andresponsibilities of the individuals in the project, and the critical path those have been depictedthrough the WBS chart and Gantt chart.Budget: Budget has been presented related all the resources involved in the training oreducation program for the represented software.Constraints or Assumptions: Assumptions has been made that after the training andresponses gathered about the training there will be not any training or education program againand the whole project will be executed only once. Risks in the project, Change ManagementStrategy, Project Quality Management, and Project Kick-Off are the key deliverables of thisproject.
