This article explores the lack of technical skills in new business graduates it adverse impacts on
organizational productivity and performance along with global competitiveness. These gaps are
continually increasing with global competitiveness in the business environment. Although,
business schools are pouring all hard efforts into developing non-technical background people
and they also developing employability in this field. However the education system and more
specifically business schools ignoring or paying less attention to measure the skill outcomes and
placing to business graduates at an adequate workplace. This ignorance of business school
towards employment placement of new business graduates gives a sense that these business
schools and stakeholders assume that graduate people will automatically place in employment,
irrespective of the role of learning programs and leaners skills and characteristics. But this
negligence of stakeholders towards the employment placement of learners is impacting on
graduate employability. This research article highlights and finds out the employment placement
concepts. This article suggests that stakeholders need to develop strategies, attitudinal change
and systematic measurement of outcomes of non-technical skills in education, organization, and
work settings. Furthermore, this study recommended that stakeholders need to develop skills in
undergraduate students to accomplish employment goals.
Additionally, this article also explores that business organizations and employers need to accept
mastery of skills in students provided by the educational organization and consider that skills can
be enhanced through various learning and training programs (Jackson 2013).

second years students and increase less engaement in skill development activities. Thus, to
improve in this area higher education institutions need to increase awareness of employability
