Effective Business Communication2IntroductionWorkplace communication is an effective tool with the help of which businesses manage theinternal process of in an organization. In every field of business, communication plays a crucialrole in managing the business activities and informing the decision of management to the lowerlevel of employees. With an inefficient management which lacks communication within theorganization, any business process cannot aim high to achieve their targets. Effectivecommunication creates employer employee relationship in the company, it assists the majorbusiness activities, and also it motivates the employees to perform well. Comprising all theseactivities initiate attainment of the objective. Thus, in today's world, it is necessary for a businessto maintain good communication in the internal process of their organization (Grunig, 2013).It tool links the different level of management in an organization. Along with internal process,the external process of the organization also improves the external environment of theorganization and initiating good business relationship in the market. The process also helps thebusiness to create transparency and flexibility within the organization, which creates trust on thecompany.The report will further discuss about the problems which a company faces due to lack ofcommunication in the internal process of the organization. Further, it also discusses thebenchmark company which overcame their business issues by adopting communication process.Additionally, it also evaluates various techniques implemented by the company in order toremove the barrier caused to the company with ineffective communication.

In the processof initiating business communication with local and international clients, the company is facingbarriers which are resulting in failure of company's activities. Thus the report discusses situationfaced by the company and its outcomes.Literature ReviewFor the purpose of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness in an organizational process, thecommunication strategies play a crucial role. The process increases the efficiency of the internalprocess of the organization which ultimately results in improvement of external process of theorganization. The company faces the problem of communication gap because they are unable tounderstand the importance of communication in business context. They feel that communicationall the information with lower level of employee results in displacement of company's privacy.Another aspect is that the top management of the organization feel that informing the lower levelof management about the decision which they have taken and initiating them to work on samecalled effective communication (Jin, Liu, & Austin, 2014). But the matter of fact is thatcommunication includes informing as well as listening to the suggestions and problems ofemployee. Most of the organization lacks the ability to adequately communication withemployees as well as client due to which the growth of the company is hampered (Goetsch, &Davis, 2014).According to Barrett, meaningful communication is a communication which educates theemployees and motivates them to support the strategy implement by the organization.
