In every field of business, communication plays a crucial role in managing the business activities and informing the decision of management to the lower level of employees. With an inefficient management which lacks communication within the organization, any business process cannot aim high to achieve their targets. Effective communication creates employer employee relationship in the company, it assists the major business activities, and also it motivates the employees to perform well. Comprising all these activities initiate attainment of the objective. Thus, in today's world, it is necessary for a businessto maintain good communication in the internal process of their organization (Grunig, 2013). It tool links the different level of management in an organization. Along with internal process, the external process of the organization also improves the external environment of the organization and initiating good business relationship in the market. The process also helps the business to create transparency and flexibility within the organization, which creates trust on the company. The report will further discuss about the problems which a company faces due to lack of communication in the internal process of the organization. Further, it also discusses the benchmark company which overcame their business issues by adopting communication process. Additionally, it also evaluates various techniques implemented by the company in order to remove the barrier caused to the company with ineffective communication.

In the process of initiating business communication with local and international clients, the company is facing barriers which are resulting in failure of company's activities. Thus the report discusses situation faced by the company and its outcomes.Literature ReviewFor the purpose of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness in an organizational process, the communication strategies play a crucial role. The process increases the efficiency of the internal process of the organization which ultimately results in improvement of external process of the organization. The company faces the problem of communication gap because they are unable to understand the importance of communication in business context. They feel that communication all the information with lower level of employee results in displacement of company's privacy. Another aspect is that the top management of the organization feel that informing the lower levelof management about the decision which they have taken and initiating them to work on same called effective communication (Jin, Liu, & Austin, 2014). But the matter of fact is that communication includes informing as well as listening to the suggestions and problems of employee. Most of the organization lacks the ability to adequately communication with employees as well as client due to which the growth of the company is hampered (Goetsch, & Davis, 2014).
