acknowledge the transfer of information to the relevant people (Cardon, 2014). This also makes
sure that the existing customers and potential customers also get facilitated by this business

This paper points out all the ways by which the ability of transferring information and
establishing communication within a business organization can be aided. This is to make sure
that there are effective ways by which effective interpersonal relationship within the workplace

individual, the usage of a positive body language, the ability to deal with various points of view.
The paper also identifies different personal awareness skills that need to be developed to make
sure that the effective communication is aided (Austin & Pinkleton, 2015). These abilities
include the ability of understanding the benefits of possessing a positive attitude, the awareness

entirely on approach. This should be maintained in such a way that the business organization
would be keen on conveying a win-win situation and nobody is at a loss (Hartley & Chatterton,
2015). The non-verbal communications also depends upon the same procedure where the entire
business environments including the stakeholders of the business are conveyed about the
positivity of the business. There should also be an open end to these conversations, both verbal
and non verbal, where the receiving end of these communication systems would be able to
question and clear their doubts about the information conveyed to them.
From the review of these literatures, it can be stated that both verbal and non verbal
communications are essential in the business environment in setting up a business structure
where nothing is left undisclosed within the business environment (Oyemomi et al., 2016).
Further there would be reflection based on the literature review that would state the
application of these processes within the organization and the workplace as an extension where a
business environment would see a progress in the improvement of the business organization.

people to a particular individual and having immense self confidence along with the presentation
skills. The effective communication also is associated with the way in which an individual
dresses or presents him or herself to the workplace. I believe that effectively establishing these
within the business organization would require the following abilities as described below:
Caring about the employees as they are individuals: It should be kept in mind
that every person working within the organization is an individual. They are all
having a personal life and not everyone can balance between the personal and
professional life. The employees need to know that the business cares about their
personal life as well and there is no way that their work-life balance would be
affected by the business organization. The communication should channelize this.
Leading the business communication with the help of examples: It is
important to let the staff know that their priorities are higher than they perceive
and the business organization is answerable to all the questions they have. I
personally believe that they should also be given proper guidance whenever they
are needed.
Offering an outlet for anonymous feedback: It can occur that a communication
does not go through a positive way and it should be taken in a positive way if any
query of any employee makes the management uncomfortable.
Respecting the cultural differences: In the age of globalization it is necessary
that the business organization house different cultures. In order to create an
inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves,
management must be culturally sensitive. To achieve full inclusivity, consider
hiring an outside party to lead a sensitivity training class.

Respecting the need for feedbacks: Feedbacks are necessary for all kinds of
communication, and I believe that ordering an employee and telling him or her
about what to do is a wrong approach. It should rather be asked as if there is a
need of feedback from the employee to make sure they do not feel burdened by
the communication.
Using the correct tools for communication: Using social network or different
effective communication tools are also necessary within the industry is necessary.
Conclusion
Therefore, it can be concluded that effective business communication should be
considered as one of the most important strategies that every business organization should apply
for transferring the information within the organization effectively to the entire workforce, thus
in turn enhancing the communication and propagation of information within the business
environment. The review of literature has found that most business organizations do not apply
