INTRODUCTION In the globalized scenario organizations are appreciating differences among theindividuals as if diversity within the workforce is managed correctly then it might benefit theorganization in increasing their value[ CITATION Zul09 \l 1033 ]. The present report focuses onconsidering the scenario of Logical Solution Company that engages in providing system’sintegrating services to corporate as well as governmental organization. The report will alsoinclude the insight information regarding diversity policy and their significance within theorganization. Effective communication within Logical solutions Communication plays most significant role in the organization as it is required in order toshare information and ideas in effective manner. Further, logical solutions are indulged into thepractice of delivering information technology services to its clients. The company has hireddiversified workforce where people from different background are working together in terms ofculture, religion etc. So, there is a need to develop effective diversity policy so that all theemployees from different areas can work with each other efficiently and through this overallperformance of the business can be well maintained easily[ CITATION Sax14 \l 1033 ]. Around40% of men and 60% of the women are working in the enterprise and they lies under the agegroup of 18 to 60 years. Further, it is a well known fact that expectation of each and everyemployee differs from each other from the management. Proper communication channels have tobe adopted so that employees from different background can efficiently work with each other. The most important aspect is to keep the communication lines within the workplace andmanagement has to ensure that communication flow from top to bottom and vice versaefficiently. This will surely assist a lot in enhancing motivation level of the workplace and theycan take part in the major affairs of the enterprise. Company can easily select one commonlanguage such as English in which all the employees can communication with each other.Further, it is a well known fact that one common language is necessarily required within theworkplace so that staff members can efficiently communicate with each other and this leads toefficient production[ CITATION Bur06 \l 1033 ].
