Executive Summary
Warwick District Council, which was originally located at Riverside House, has now decided
to shift to Leamington Spa within a span of six month. This report is being prepared in
accordance to the case study provided. It mainly aims to communicate to the different
department of the council about the relocation that is about to take place. As a result,
management skills are required by the higher authorities of the council in order to deal with
the staffs and employees and clear all their queries. Therefore, it is necessary to possess
communication skill in order to keep the staffs informed.
