Warwick District Council, which was originally located at Riverside House, has now decided
to shift to Leamington Spa within a span of six month. This report is being prepared in
accordance to the case study provided. It mainly aims to communicate to the different
department of the council about the relocation that is about to take place. As a result,

The skills required for managing the employees of an organization in a proper and precise
manner by solving their problems and helping them make decisions by effectively
communicating with them is known as management skills. This report is formulated because
Warwick District Council is about to relocate to Leamington Spa from Riverside House and
this information needs to be circulated in the workplace. As a result, possessing management
skills is of utmost importance. The management of the council is responsible to answer all the
questions of the staffs. This report discusses the importance of communication as well as
management skills. The issues that are faced by the management while communicating these
