INTRODUCTION
Preparing successful university knowledge and creativity is necessary for an
employee to gain a growth in their job and get success in the further profession life and
thus rendered with the huge success in the organization.
In the above study we have taken a job experience and reflective on
communicating and working as professionals. The report includes the effective
communication skills of an employee.
And the report ends with the self reflection on effective communication.
MAIN BODY
The effective communication skills of employee for job can be -
Active listening – It is very important for an employee to be active while listening to
their employers. And employers must assist that there employee should actively listen
to them. If employee actively listen to the task and guidelines provided to them then
they can effectively perform their task and thus render the best outcome from that. It
can raise the individual performance by effective listening and clear information and
guideline will be more appropriate that must be followed by each and every employee to
raise their individual performance within the company(Yap, Abdul-Rahman and Chen,
2017).
Delivering with confidence – The employee must deliver their work with confidence
which is helpful in raising their individual performance. As the in individual with good
performance and confidence can easily raise their experience. The work delivers by the
employees must be appropriate with the proper guidelines that are provided by them
through their employers. Confidence is necessarily required for an individual to be
professional(Bourne, 2016). The individual full of confidence may perform the task extra
ordinary that directly raises the performance of the individual which can help them to
grow their individual performance at the workplace. A confident individual can perform
the task very well and appropriate which can in rerun got appreciation by the leaders
and the managers and got appraisal and promotion for such thus and individual can
earn hike in its career as professional(Thompson, 2018).
Respect – The employee should respect their employer. Thus, it is very important for
an employee to respect their employer as well as their work. This helps the individual to

then also they had to keep a positive attitude towards completing the task and then give
up their best which is helpful in increasing their confidence level of the individual(Hu and
Kapucu, 2016). It is a good sign for an individual in context of professionalism that it can
raise their performance criteria, and they can well perform their task beyond their areas
also that can be helpful in their experience and career. An individual with positive
confidence can raise their performance effectively(Thompson, 2018).
Empathy – The individual must be full of empathy. To be a professional individual must
gain their interest on the fuller consideration to the empathy. Sometimes it is done for
raising their individual performance this can be effectively measured by strategies to
optimize the work rendered by the individual. Empathy is the necessary part that must
be followed by the employees as well as employers also which can be helpful for the
growth of both the employee and the organization. Sometime it is to be considered
whether it can be good for both individual or professional(Greenaway and et.al., 2015).

It is very important for an individual to adopt more effective communication skill
which is helpful for raising their individual performance. Performance of individual can
be raised by using effective communication skill. It is very helpful to develop confidence

raise the experience of the employee and individual. The motivated employee with
positive attitude will easily perform the task effectively. I could easily understand the
task with the help of effective learning and active listening. I used to respect my
manager, leaders and employers which boost up my morale. I perform my task with
them to keep motivated by them, and so they can positively perform their task. Respect
