INTRODUCTION
Communication plays an important role in the professional and academic context. For
getting a successful career, it is necessary to have a effective communication skills. These skills
also plays an important role in achieving the goals and objectives. Along with this it is also found
retired good academic performance along with the good behavior implies a great impact on the
students of Universities and researchers as well. This essay deals with the effective
communication skills which are applicable to academic and professional context. Furthermore it
will also covers the reflection of my individual performance, behavior and experience in
education or employment. This essay is the reflection of myself as I have done the course of
HWB module.

MAIN BODY
The first semester I have learned HWB module. It plays an essential role for the
development of my knowledge and understanding in the several areas within HWB. It helps in
making connections and depend my discussions later. This module allows me to look into
specific areas in which I have my own interest but I didn't have self confidence in delivering
within the classroom. My communication skills has been grown because of working together.
These communication skills also include listening and empathy. I enjoyed a lot when I was
working with others on the same task. It was the way of providing motivation and
encouragement to each other. I am feeling that I have learnt a lot from University by sharing
ideas and thoughts and doing discussion on several issues. Show me the different perspectives
and encourage mean for the purpose of developing my own thinking.
It also provide the confidence to me so that I can decide to perform several tasks within
the portfolio for a number of reasons. The module was a continuous process under which the
university state me to perform the majority of task. This module implies impact over my own
health and well being. I must say that this module give me the information knowledge and
resources a which help me in developing confidence in myself so that I can go out and teach all
the aspects of HWB. Along with this I feel that it has made me went to continue making positive
change in my life. HWB has a wide concept and it involve a lots of things to learn for stop hands
it is not possible to know each and every aspect of this module. But it has a stressful process to
ensure long the quality and quantity has like the other module for assignment.
Completely learn this module was a challenge and I have admit by completing this portfolio.
For the purpose of making the best assignment I have given a lot of effort and time. I think that I
have taken myself out of my comfort zone many A Time by completing the assigned task during
lectures and in the portfolio. I also worked on making videos as well. I think I am not so
comfortable with making videos but I got it at least chance for making such videos. It also leads
to the development of digital skills in myself. I also work for creating the blog and editing the
videos along with uploading the files which are also going to assist me in my future career and
professional development.
As per the task sheet and assessment criteria it is clear that a minimum of 30 hours of class
is to be completed. I yes I have extended the thirty hours because of several reasons which may
include the computation of compulsory and non compulsory sets of tasks, other activities which

leads to the development of myself professionally. I will approach the future challenges and
expectations of a university by making a complete detailed structure of course which include the
weekly structure, attendance policies and flexibility. Another challenge is communication. I will
approach towards this challenge by giving proper and quick response to the University. My
working skills and communication skills have been developed by this module. This University
has completed my expectations as now I’m able to explain all the concepts of this module in a
professional manner with proper confidence. In this way I can approach to the challenges by
using my skills in an appropriate manner. Several changes in my skills along with the
improvement in my communication skills are the best result i get from this module. It is really
helpful in the future growth of my career. Just because of this module, I can complete all the
tasks in a very professional manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it has been analysed that this module has bring several changes in
myself which are related to the development of skills and growth of my career. Majorly it
develop the communication skills in myself and generate confidence which help me in going out
and teach all the concepts related to the HWB. It has been found that it is very typical and
lengthy module and it is not an easy task to complete it. But I performed well and complete all
the assigned tasks on time. By working together under this module, several of changes has been
observed in my behaviour. My working performance is also getting better day by day. Along
with this, it also give experience of teaching the concepts of HWB as a professor. In corporate
sector, it is important to work professionally and this module develop the skills which help me in
working professionally.
