By considering the effective time management techniques there is need to evaluate
operational activities which will help analyzing the costs and duration required for the particular
tasks. Hence, I think that an effective time management will helps managerial professionals in
making analyzing the adequate decision making for the further business operations such as
financial decisions as well as inventory management which are in context with having the
effective outcomes.
Setting objectives: in accordance with having the effective increase in the efficiency of
the organization and the work performance of the employees there is need to evaluate the targets,
objectives of the business which are need to be completed in the managed time. Hence, I think
such techniques help the management in motivating the worker towards attainment of such
operational goals.
Prioritizing: By considering the planning which is made for attaining the business
objectives professionals or managers need to analyze the most fruitful aim to be achieved. I
believe that, there can be benefits for making the effective efforts. In accordance with identifying
the effective tasks which will be beneficial in making the adequate conclusion for choosing such

tasks (Time Managemen, 2017). Hence, it will be fruitful in making efforts or utilizing the
valuable time for such actions.
Action plan: deciding the adequate action plan which in turn will be fruitful for the firm

The games of this level make one aware of the skills that are required in the games industry these
days. After this level of games, the person can be able to understand the whole criteria, thus can
apply for further games as well.
BTEC Level 2 Computing
This level of computing makes one person capable of dealing the basic errors which can

Interpersonal skills are the skills that can be considered which are being used by us in our
daily lives. Whenever we communicate with each other, the way of interacting with the others
represents the interpersonal skills a person has. The communication may be between the two
persons or in a group as well. Any sort of interaction or communication, it includes a variety of
interpersonal skills. These skills may include listening, hearing, understanding the body language
of the other person, questioning etc. The interpersonal skills are associated with the emotional
ability of a person. The effectiveness of all these skills is very necessary as the person should
have a good listening power (Bullough and Taktak, 2015). It is because for a better
communication, listening is important as well. No one wants to interact with a person who does
not listen to the other person and keeps on talking. So, a person should have listening capacity so
that the other person can feel good enough while communicating with them. Interaction also acts
important because the person working in any place or in any organization if lacks in interacting
with each other, then it becomes difficult for them to survive in that environment. Also, it can
affect negative on the performance of the person towards any work or process (Hodgen,
McAlinden and Tomei, 2014). A well communication also helps in maintaining the confidence

level of a person, thus a person can stay focused and confident towards the work which can help
the company in achieving better and positive outcomes.
Interpersonal skills are natural, although they can be achieved by various other methods
such as joining some sessions etc., but they are natural in actual. They are often taken granted as
people do not consider the way in which they are communicating with others. Often people mis-
behave with others because of some aggression or tensions that are going on in their mind. So, it
is important to ensure that the communication is being done in a way that it is pleasurable to the
other. The people who have better interpersonal skills are able to work well in a team. It is becau
se it helps them to gain such capability and ability to work in a team, the way to interact with the
others and managing the relationships. The people having good interpersonal skills are able to int
eract well with the friends, family and customers as well., so they can help the person a lot in dea
ling with the situations. It depend that how much the person is aware of the activities going arou
nd. The inter personal skills consists of verbal, non verbal, listening, decision making and proble
m solving skills. Although it focuses on the communication skills and how the person interacts w
ith each other, along with it, the body language of a person also matters. One can get an idea fro
m the body language itself. The body language of a person tells much about what is going inside
the mind. Any one can master in the inter personal skills by considering some very important and
essential aspects. It starts with the self awareness. It means first the person should analyze their c
ommunication skills and the areas where they lack. After that only, the person can decide of deve
loping some specific activities so that their communication level can increase and be effective. A
n efficient communication can happen only when both the persons are interacting efficiently and
in a way that seems pleasurable. Along with these, it is important to collect the information as th
e person can develop this habit by reading the newspapers, surfing more internet etc. This can hel
p in making the person more effective and interactive.
Listening is equally important as well. It is because no one wants to communicate with a
person that does not listens. So, listening while communicating is very important. When the pers
on speaks and the other person listens, then the other person also want the first person to listen. L
istening and communication on both the ends is necessary which makes the communication effec
tive. Any one person lacking in it can cause the disruption of the interaction. Do not expecting an

at when expectations break, it becomes very tough for the person to deal with the situation, so it i
s better not to have any expectation from others. Facilitating skills are also considered as the inte
rpersonal skills. It means having a discussion with all the team member's and focus on the best so
lution that you can provide. While there is a team or a group, and all of them sit together, many d
ifferent ideas evolve out of their brains and then, discussing on all of that, one can reach to a fina
l conclusion about the best possible idea out of all. This is the difference between working in a te
am or as an individual. The interpersonal skills make the person able to work in the team and pro
vides all the required skills and abilities. So while working in a team, there is a huge number of t
he ideas and as an individual only, one single person can think of one or two ideas. So, interperso
nal skills are very helpful as they provides the spirit of working in a team. It also includes leaders
hip skills that the person should be effective enough to manage and control the management. It is
not easy to control all the employees and the processes but a leader is one who knows how to ma
nage and deal with the complex situations. Along with it, a leader knows various ways and meth
ods that can be used in case of some complex and complicated situations. AS many times, the co
mpany faces some complex situations such as the excess work load etc., in that cases, a leader m
ust be possessing some interpersonal skills so that they can use various ways to motivate the emp
loyees so that the company may not have to face any trouble. These interpersonal skills can help
the person inside and outside of the work place as well.

Computer Skills: In the current era there has been increasing trend of the use of various
technical equipment such as computer and the relevant gadgets. Hence, the use of such technical
tools is necessary in every filed such as manufacturing unit, hospitality sectors, medical units as
well as in the education purposes. As there has been a high demand of the digital technology and
computer skills make it easy for a person to stay digital. It helps in managing the various types of
situations so that the person can be able to compete with various types of skills related to the
computerization and its further benefits. Thus, it can be said that a person must have the
knowledge of operating such gadgets. However, such technologies the best and prompt medium
of making the effective communication in the public. Hence, it will be beneficial for the people
in gaining information as well as transferring their thoughts or reviews on such variations.
