I understand that different types of skills play an important role in overall development of an individual and leads to develop effectiveness in different tasks and activities. skills, my thinking also got widened. With critical, analytical skills and learning, I got to posses great logical thinking about the organisation and even on personal level. It was earlier difficult for me to manage, lead and operate a team. For me, in the beginning, even completion of targets on time was also an issue. Time and team management, these two were never my cup of tea. But with time, team, colleagues, and my learning nature, I was able to grab all things. Earlier I was not able to hold or take decisions. But with time, there has been a tremendous change in my behaviour and can take decisions on each and every thing in life (Ramos, Afonso, and Rodrigues, 2020). Decision taking power has increased and has become independent . There has been a different confidence in me when it comes to problem or dispute solving. I now know how, when , where, and which management technique or what will be used for the solution of a particular dispute. While I have grown as a different person, with the increase in my capabilities and capacities, that have strengthened me as a person, I have come a long way. My communicating skills have been improved a lot. Human as a social animal, I have learnt a lot collaboration with a lot of people on a large scale(Shen, Dumont, and Deng,2018). As a leader, or an employee, I have gained the adaptability skill and has created a dynamic personality for me, which has a lot of personal and professional benefits with it. The foremost and most important benefit is being having a dynamic nature that can be adjusted in or for any environment. Being a dynamic and social personality, a lot of new people add in our life, workplace and even in personal lifestyle. With this addition of new people in life, new ideas, beliefs, values and all are welcomed in our lifestyle. But these can be negative or positive, it just depends on us how well and in what way we consider these in our daily running life, as these will impact us in many ways and in every form(Stewart, and Brown, 2019). The thinking capabilities has also gone a drastic change in my life. I have started thinking logically, sensibly and with complete knowledge of the subject matter, which have resulted in greater profits and an increase in my social value. Even there has been a great increase in my self confidence and motivation internally. I am very much motivated, even in some worst case scenarios, my self confidence and self motivation has not been affected. I already have developed emotional intelligence, which resulted in strengthening of my mental peace and morale. In today's world, there has a great need for this mental peace. And mental peace is considered the biggest success today(Wehrmeyer, 2017). So according to me, I have achieved a lot and being mentally happy , I have gained a lot of strength.
