MAIN BODY
a). Summarise the performance indicators which your partnership uses to measure its
effectiveness (AC 4.1)
There is key role of examining the performance of the partnerships in order to check the
effectiveness at the time of working. The use of right tools and measures make it easy to manage
the overall performance. The indicators being used are as follows:
Student achievement and progression: There are certain benchmarks and targets that
are being saved for evaluating the performance of partnership (Mohamad, Ismail and
Said, 2018). The regular check of improvement in the performance of learners and their
achievement helps to measure the performance in effective manner.
Meeting performance criteria: The performance criteria for the teachers is being set so
that their performance can be monitored. The teachers are given training and then they
are allotted the task. The results of particular task help to check the performance and
know about the effectiveness undertaken by them.
Cost effectiveness: The budget for resources is being set so that they are able to attain
the goals and objectives with the right use of resources. This helps to attain the targets
within the set budget and if budget exceeds this means the performance targets are not
met.
Evaluation from stakeholders/interested parties: By taking feedback from the
interested parties the real performance of the partnership is known (Ismail, Mohamad and
Said, 2021). They tell about the strength and weaknesses of the partnership and a real
picture is shown.
Achievement of action plans: The partnership set some targets an actions plans and they
work to achieve them. If the targets are not being attained, then it is clear that the
performance is not up to the mark.

b. Review the effectiveness of your partnership’s outputs using valid and reliable data which is
available to you (AC 4.2)
The use of relevant information is necessary in order to check the output. The data must be
in right hands so that there is no manipulation of data. The following techniques will help to
measure the effectiveness in appropriate manner:
Achieving specific outcome: The partnership sets a specific outcome that they are willing
to achieve. The data and information of their financial performance is necessary to check that
they are able to successfully attain the outcomes or not.
Cost-benefit analysis: The analysis must be done in such a manner that helps to analyse
the return on investments (Kostruba, 2021). There is key role of analysing the same so that they
are able to attain successful position at the time of working.
Deviation from agreed actions: It is analysed that the agreed actions of partnership are
worked upon by the stakeholders in team so that the work targets are attained. If there are
deviations in the agreed actions, then there is lack in effectiveness and the use of better outputs is
required.
It is necessary to analyse the problems that are being faced by the partnership and then
actions must be taken to achieve the goals of partnership in effective manner.
c. Summarise the methods you have used to present the partnership’s outputs to other interested
parties (AC 4.3)
The stakeholders are the interested parties that are involved in decision making of the
partnerships. The output also depends on the actions taken, the ways to present the information
are as follows:
Formal report: All the important details and information are presented in the formal report.
A major and long term decision is shown to them in such a manner that better decision making
takes place. This helps to share the information and keep its records in effective manner.
Formal presentation: At the time of presenting a new idea, there is need of using a formal
presentation. The use of pictures is done so that the interested parties are able to understand the
information and attracted towards the proposal (Huang and et.al., 2018). This helps to take the
decision in effective manner.
Partnership meeting: It is a verbal way of communication under which the interested
parties are make part of meetings. This helps them to know about the aim of meeting and help to

take the decisions. They are able to know about the way all the individuals internal to the
partnership are working and taking decisions.
Presenting against benchmarks: The stakeholders give the benchmarks to the partnership
that they have to achieve. By providing the details of performance against benchmarks they are
