Education and training plays a major role in success of the students. Teachers plays a major
role in providing best situation to the students so that they are able to carry on daily activities
effectively. There is key role of partnership working in learning and teaching. There is need of

which ensure group working and collaboration. Therefore, the model of partnership is described
below:
Public-private partnership: this type of partnership is all bout sharing knowledge and
expertise with public to private sector. In which both the sector joining together to achieve goals
of business in terms of market share and profitability. The public companies incorporate great
relations with private firms in order to assure key practices. hence, it is necessary to promote
better work culture among these two sectors in education which will develop collaborative
relations.
Product development partnership: As per this type of partnership in education and
teaching is all about a non-profit institution. They work with all the other public, voluntary and
private sectors to initiate funding in order to provide necessary local goods across the market.
The main motive is to promote local and required goods to the public within a minimum price
level (Bates, and Morgan, 2018). The educational institution also require so many goods and

efforts, respect and dignity among the employees (Troussas, Krouska, and Sgouropoulou, 2020).
By using resources effectively, both the partners will able to get the desired outcome without
involving waste and unnecessary practice. There are various policies and procedures entitled for
the learning and education in which parters seeks approval of others. In such case, there should
be negotiation of unnecessary policies to avoid restrictions and barriers. Apart from this, sharing
mission and culture in collaborative partnership relations is also helpful to make each other about

initiatives so that there is problem faced by institution. It is necessary to follow all these so that
all the students are able to attain success. The initiatives are as follows:
 The government takes actions to know about the political and economic conditions so
that they are able to provide updated curriculum so that better results are attained. This
helps the students learn practically and with the use of best resources. This is necessary
for the teachers as well so that best environment is provided to teach.
 It is important to include all the diverse students in the classroom. All the students are
from different background, culture, religion and have their own skills and knowledge. By
including them in teaching the teacher is able to enhance their skills and knowledge. It is
essential to teach the students in such a manner with the help of best technology so that
goals and objectives are attained on right time.
 Each and every students of the institute are provided with equal opportunities. This
motivates them to learn in effective manner and carry on all the activities effectively, I
today’s time valuing the diverse students is necessary. It helps in overall development of
the institute and attaining successful position in nation. They are able to carry on all the
activities in effective manner so that better results are attend.
 The students are also taught basics skills that will help them to carry on their work at the
time of studies and while doing job. It is necessary to provide communication, decision
making, time management skills to the students. These skills are also necessary at the

is necessary to enhance the partnership bond which can only be done through communication
(Le, Janssen, and Wubbels, 2018). Therefore, this strategy is required in education and training
to get helps and contribution of other experts and professionals. Without proper communication,
there will a lot of misunderstanding takes place that will not be beneficial for the educational
institution. It has experienced that, communication strategies are the powerful weapon to secure
own bonds and funds. Some of the methods of communication are described below:
One to one communication: It is one of the important method of communication which is
implied in all the areas. When the partners decide to communication face to face and make the
communication interactive, they prefer one to one communication. There is requirement of one

other institution. Therefore, partners are effective to take decisions to solve management issues.
Through making collaborative practices,
Involving stakeholders: It is necessary to involve the stakeholders to promote effective

practice. Some of the effective ways for establishing working communities are demonstrating
below:
Social and national networking: as per this criteria, by maintaining good social networks,
people will take interest in the organisational working. Social networks are necessary to form
great relations and encourage participation of wider audience. Therefore, the community
practices can be fruitful in order to review partnership. By creating social networking, it Is vital
to create effective relations towards other partners and community.
Liaising with awarding organisation: In education and learning, the partnership can be
done through laicising from undertaking organisation. This shows that the organisation needs to
get rewarded by taking up interest in sharing support. Liaison are the key individual who are
always ready to provide support and take decisions for betterment of the individuals. By liaising
with the individuals, it will be easy to take support from different experts to solve queries and
problems. Also, they contribute investments for making good infrastructure in the institution.
Vocational and professional groups: As per the vocational scenario and developing
practice, it is necessary to emphasize on ascertaining different groups. Therefore, the company
needs to make professional entity by undertaking meetings, conferences and seminars in order to
review working relationship with the partners. This is my own approach to review partners to
value their thoughts and ideas for effective workplace practices. I can easily look for their
problems which will helps me to make them capable of adopting uncertainties. This shows that,
the professional areas practising without making any complex efforts. There is requirement of
vital practices in assuring partnering relations.

Students achievement: It is necessary to check the performance of the students. The previous
performance of the students is being compared with the current performance (Oldfield and et.al.,
2022). It helps them to enhance their performance and know about their success.
Meeting performance criteria: The teachers set the criterial for performance that is
suitable for the students. It is necessary to attain the targets of performance criteria so that the
value of students is known.
Achievement of action plans: In partnership there are some actions that are set by the
teachers (Luckin, and Cukurova, 2019). There is key role of attaining those roles to check the
progress of the students. It becomes effective to attain those objectives so that goals and
objectives are attained. There is need of checking the actions at regular basis so that effective
performance of the students is maintained.
Evaluation from stakeholders: The performance of the parties can be measured by taking
review from the stakeholders. The stakeholders will give real feedback that will enhance the
performance of the students and check their progress level. There is essential role of their
evaluation in managing their performance.
Formal and informal feedback: There is need of taking feedback from the learners so that
their enhancement is performance can be known. It becomes essential to work as per the
feedback given by them so that their performance can be developed (Heyne and et.al., 2020).
