INTRODUCTION
Children's and young people development is comprising of the various stages and factors
which influence their development and growth in context to their health, physical and
professional life (Tisdall, E.K.M., 2017). This includes physical, emotional, social, linguistic,
cognitive and communication development. This can be done effective and in positive way by
contributing to the planing for development needs of children's and young people by ensuring the
centre approach. This is related to the health and social care sector because all those development
factors of development and inappropriate development is effect or get effected by the person and
social health. In this report evaluation of different types of the influences which are affecting the
children's and young peoples development are going to be done. Along with this potential effects
of the transitions on children's and young peoples is going to be asses.

There are the various factors of environment and nature which influence the children's
and young people development from birth to 19 age. Such as the health, diet, poverty,
background and environment such as housing, divorce, alcohol abuse, domestic violence etc.
Impact of health on a child’s or young person’s development
There are the four major area of development in context to children's and young people
development from birth to 19 years, such as the physical, intellectual cognitive, social
behavioural and moral . Emotional , communication. Children's and youngsters grow within all
these area and there are the various factors which influences the development with in all these
area of development. Such as the health is the major and most important influencer of the
development because it effects all areas of development. If health of the children's and
youngsters is good then this will help to effectively grow and develop but if health is note good
then it can badly effects the development (Driskell, D., 2017). Such as the childhood health
issues like asthma, down syndrome, colour blindness are some health related factors which
negatively effects the children's and youngsters development. Because this reduce the strength of
body, emotions and behaviour. Which in inhibit the physical growth, prevent the emotional
growth by effecting their emotional negativity and develop fear in their mind, due to which
children's and youngster prevent them to face society.

How does environmental factors such as diet, poverty affect health and then have an impact on
child development
Health of the children's and youngsters should be good in order to develop in all areas
because this is related to the important functions of the body through which people can perform
and physically develop. For effective and good health it is important to have engiuge diet with
essential nutrient through which health of the body is can be maintain and contribute to the
physical growth. If diet is good then health will be good through which physical development of
the body go smoothly which will further provide strength and features to develop in all other
areas. But if diet is not appropriate then it can cause worst affect on health, one of the most
leading contributor if unhealthy diet is poverty, the condition in which children's and youngsters
can not get enough diet. Health get affected by the inappropriate diet and poverty which further
impact the growth by inhibiting the development of motor skills, physical skills and emotional
strength (Harris, N. and Davidge, G., 2019).

How the background can affect children development
Children and youngster growth and development of both is influencing by some
important factors, which need to be manage by the parents and care taker such as the education,
children care environment and language.
Educational background
Children motor skills and social, moral knowledge is develop by the educations system it
also helps to develop strong and ethical emotional. So this plays important role in development.
Positive affect- If the educational background of children's and youngsters is good then it
helps them to sustain in the social environment with best knowledge and they can further
develop their social and communication skills.
Negative- In appropriate educational background negatively affect the children's and
youngsters development because this can prevent to perform with educated peoples, prevent to
communicate in public-due to the inappropriate knowledge (Tisdall, E.K.M., 2017).
Looked after children care status
Most of children's who parents are not able to provide care in temporary and permanent
basis are kept into the foster care, where they manage or encourage for their effective living by
the aid of foster parents. This can be provided on the residential home and public care.
Positive- Children's who had grown on this care system is become self dependent with
in right time and become able to manage every issues by their own.
Negative- This looked after care development possess various bad impact on youngsters
life such as they have to become pre mature in order to manage their life by their own.
Youngsters have to struggle more then their peers.
Bullying- Is the type of misbehaviour which can be done by one person or group of person to
another individual. In the case of children's and youngsters, this causes both negative and
positive impact such as the children can get afraid and make themselves separated from others.
Some time it can be positive as this can help to build strength to face these type of incidents.
Culture and religion- Positive cultural upbringing of the children's help them to develop their
ethics and moral values. Along with this they can learn to respect other. In other heads. Negative
and immoral ethical knowledge upbringing can negativity impact their behaviour..

How the environment that the child or young person is brought up in affects their development
For effective development of children's it is important to be supported by parents with
full of facilitates, safety and happy life because all these factors effect the emotional growth,
social behaviours and physical development. Below is the examples of some environment at
which most of the children's growth and how it affect their growth (Kumanyika, S.K., 2019).
Housing- This is the basic need of every people for safe and effective growth of
children, children's and youngsters behaviour and way of living get influence by the type of
housing envelopment where they brought up. Such as the higher class housing with every
facility's influence the best growth at some are of development but if they brought up at lower
class housing with lass resources and social knowledge then it inhibit the physical growth but
improve the social behavioural.
Divorce- The growing environment with in appropriate support of the parents, negatively
affects the children's development in context to the emotional and social aspects. So in order
prevent the negative impact of divorce on children s and youngsters growth parents can be
normal with their children's.
Domestic violence or abuse- Children who live in the home where they face long term domestic
violence and abuse get effected by that in very adverse way. Such as their mental and physical
health condition become abnormal.
Effect of pollution in children development- Pollution posses the direct effect on
health and causes the situation to suffer from heath issues it can be normal or chronic according
to which it effects the social, emotional and profession growth.

How you would recognise any developmental concerns
Development concern is can be recognise or develop by the analysis and evaluation of the
children and youngsters behaviour and development process. Such is childminder and young
people poses any abnormality in their growth, patterns and behavioural then this is the reason of
concern in context to the development. If children's and youngsters are showing any symptoms
like abnormality in communication, language, social behaviour and in motor skills, should
recognize this symptoms and take it as a development concern (Yoldaş, T.Ç., and et. al., 2021).

Role of TA would be
AS a TA who is working with children's and youngsters development filed, the major
responsibility is to provide support at learning and development process, TA have to manage all
essential equipments and assets of the development classes, another important role of the TA is
to recognise areas of concern and evaluate the effective method of response or improvement. TA
should known about the correct patterns of children's and youngsters development. TA have to
concern about the development if children are not posing any progress in different area of
development. If children s and young person is showing any inappropriate symptoms like
emotional outbursts and aggressive behaviour, then TA have to make observation note which can
be submitted for professional need.
What to do if parents or TA concerned about a child or young person’s development
There are some important steps which should be use in the situation of children's or
youngsters development concern, explain below.
 Make an observation, evaluate solution
 If it can not be manage by own then take help of some local group of development.
 Situational has to be monitor and review with in the appropriate time of intervals
 If concern is vary serious and not manage by the local group then take the helps of health
professionals.
Explain why is it important to respond to any concerns which have developed
This is important to respond for every development concern because it can negativity
effect the life and development of other progressive areas. This is important to respond quickly
because this can become more complicated with in the time.

transitions that only some children or young people experience
Transition is the basic concept of life and development which has to be face by every
children's and youngsters (Polfuss, M., and et. al., 2017). This is the type of changes, different
stages or experience of life with in their development process. This posses most important role in
various life and affect their development. Its effects is can be negative and positive in different
stages of children life. Different type of the transition is explain below.
Transitions that all children and young people experience
Some common transition of every youngsters and children's life experience are starting
school which play very important role in their educational, moral, social and emotional
development, this is positive in every conditions, except in the case of pressure and bully in
school or college it can be very negative and harmful for children and youngsters development.
Puberty is the most important transition of the children's life which bring them to the stage of
youngsters this is the type of physical development, which influence emotional development of
the youngsters life which they need proper guidance and support. Moving from school to

college is another important stage of the youngsters which play important role in the emotional
and communication development.
Transitions which can be face only some type of children and young people experience
Divorce- This is the type of transition which is face or experience by only some type of
children s and youngsters, which poses very negative impact on their emotional and social
development, because due to this children can not get enough support of parents and go to the
different stage where they have to treated which different type of support and guidance.
Homelessness- This transition is can be very worst and unexpected for children s and
youngsters which can effect all areas of their development due to loss of house and other
essential resource's of development like financial for education and heath lifestyle. They have to
change their life style. But this can be beneficial if youngsters think to become self dependent
and helps their family (Çelen Yoldaş, T., and et. al., 2020).
Transitions affect a child or young person’s holistic development
Transition can effects the youngsters and children holistic care due to the changing
situation, needs and development area in context to that particular transition. Such as the puberty
increase the need of education knowledges and emotional, social support different from their
childhood, moving from the school to college their physical development change with in the age,
social knowledges and development increase, emotional develop in different aspect and
intellectual skill develop more fast.
The positive effects of transitions
Moving from one stage to other stage of the life is important and positive because it
provide the essential experiences which helps to live in the society and helps to develop with in
new aspects of life in context to the four area of development (Naert, J., and et. al., 2020).
CONCLUSION
From the above study is has been concluded that children's and youngsters development
is the most important process or function if life which has to be supports with all essential
resource's and assets of development. There are the various factors which influence their
development such as the health, environment and background of the children's up bringing.
