The ability of creating a desired outcome in a best possible manner is defined as its
effectiveness. It is associated with doing the right task in a right way through completing the
activities and meeting the objectives. It is an extent to which something is successful in obtaining
an expected interpretation. There are several characteristics within the student which makes him
effective. The effectiveness within the student can be determined by its discipline, punctuality,
responsibility, confidence and many other determinants. These students manage their time, use
their strengths, take responsibilities, address their weaknesses and use the resources available to
them to become an effective student. Being an effective personnel, one can save its time and
money. Effectiveness within students enhances the confidence, self-esteem and competence in
them. It helps in reducing the anxiety in respect to deadlines as well as tests. It is important to

and attaining clear and determined objectives. Responsibility skills include bringing a
