A team made up with the help of two or more people who are performing work together in reaching with desired goals and targets in better way. The main motive is this assignment is to analyse relevant theories which are associated with group dynamic, team working and communication within workplace. MAIN BODY In an organisation, effective team work is an essential factor for any company's success and growth. There are different advantages of team work which help them in increasing motivation level among employees in better manner. It is required for organisation is to allow companies to be productive and operative business functions effectively. Along with this, the effective communication is vital to every organisation and it will help in various ways. Communication will play an important role in product development, customer relationship, employees management and administration that are assist in smoothly run of business concerns. If staff members are informed and engaged so that employers can interact with other associations which are likely to be stronger and effective. In addition to this, Marks and Spencer manage and maintain effective communications which assist them in establishing clear expectations for staff members and gain customers attentions in proper manner (Riley, 2015). For employers and managers, it is required to motivate them towards gaining products and services. As per the life experience, firm employer or manager need perform work on enhancing communication skills among each other. This is necessary for company is to develop and make effective interaction level between each and every staff members in proper manner.
