INTRODUCTION The term team work can be defined as a process that is used to work collaboratively within a group for accomplishing a common goal. All organisation are more focused towards implementing better team work as it leads to cooperate among all individuals by reducing conflicts among individuals. Communication is defined as an act for transferring and sharing information from one place to another. For each communication perspective both sender as well as receiver plays an important role to transfer message or information(Zulkurnain and Kaur, 2014). This report is written from perspective of Newcastle University and its highlights on communication skill which are utilised to transfer communication between persons. Along with suggestion to improve communication are also covered in this report. MAIN BODY Analyse of communication skill Literature review-According to Sireen Khemesh, 2019. Communication is regarded as one of the most basic and essential skill for an individual. This determines all individuals are aware about the methods and meaning of communication but to gain desired outcomes it is essential for individuals to improve and enhance their communication skill. It also results that it leads persons to perform their work in organised and accurate manner. The concept of communication is a wide term that undertakes almost all aspects to manage and perform work by sharing ideas, facts and opinion with each other. Newcastle university, provides education to large number of individuals so it is mandatory for them to implement right communication channel which is simple and transparent in order to share common meaning with all individuals (Vlăduțescu, 2014). This also leads management to use and implement common language in premises so students from different culture who share different language also understand meaning of information in proper manner. Communication skill-Communication skill refers to the abilities that are used sharing various kinds of information. With new ideas and update information it is also easy for management to implement communication skill that is related with project. This also involves listening, observing and empathising all information. It is also beneficial to understand difference between persons how to communicate effectively by existing methods. This includes face to face
conservation, face to face interaction and digital communication. In context of Newcastle University, digital communication channel is implemented by management because it helps them to interact at large level with in minimum time period. E-mails, business letter, analysis of case study etc. are the key aspects of communication(Smith, 2014). This is leading management to complete all work in proper manner. In the present scenario, it is also used for analyse better communication skill to complete all task in proper manner. Some type of communication skill are mention as follow: Active listening-This refers to pay the close attention to all individuals which interact with you for performing all work in effective manner. People who perform their work according to active listeners are able to complete their work easily with co-workers by attracting them through providing essential information and data. To adopt all communication style-There are various communication style are present in market that is leading management to define its work according to effective style. In simpletermsNewcastleUniversity,managementtransfertheirmessagewiththe communication method that is leading to transfer information in easy manner. Example- Business letter is one of the most effective methods that is adopted by all students because it leads them to transfer information with a formal approach. Confidence-To motivate all individuals and engage them in organisational operations it is essential for management to communicate all information with more confidence. This governs that individuals among all workplace respond towards those ideas which are presentedin confidentmanner(Sakurai andPhung-Duc, 2015). Eye-contactisan example for addressing and transferring all information with more confidence. From the perspective of Newcastle University, it is identified and analysed that management must complete all work in proper manner to communicate all information properly and confidently to influence individuals about courses and studies. Feedback-This is one of the most important tool for organisation and it also demonstrate that major work to manage all work and task is to perform and complete study by taking constant feedback from organisation. It also refers that all communication methods are majorly concerned about performing organisational work with the current feedback status (Loughry, Ohland and Woehr, 2014). Moreover, Newcastle University utilise this to improve the ways for communicating all information in proper manner.

But in context of University and other educational institute it is identified that management must communicate through utilising digital communication methods. This also refers that with this methods it is easy for management to transfer and share information in formal and organised way. Methods of communication Communicationmethodsdemonstratethatallskillsandsystemfortransferring information which are used by management must be healthy and efficient at workplace. This is also recognised as soft skill or interpersonal skill. From point view of Newcastle University management is sharing all information efficiently to transfer all information with in effective manner(Huitt, Killins and Brooks, 2015). Some methods for communication which also represent communication skill are mention as follow: Verbal communication-This refers to transfer information by using language to encode message in form of words. It is one of the most common method that is beneficial for sharing information with representing all information at time of presenting data to large number of individuals. Further, the skill which is improved by utilising communication skill relates with active listening. If an individual implement and adopt verbal communication method than it is
easy for to listen, interpret and then communicate information to other persons. As per my view and research verbal communication technique is used by me for gathering all information in effective manner. Nonverbal communication-With the implement of non-verbal communication methods it is identified that this technique helps me to transfer all information by utilising body language, gestures and facial expression. Moreover, it is used to transfer all information intentionally and unintentionally. This methods is more beneficial to transfer and share information at the time of addressing information among crowded places because sometimes listeners lost their attention. So with non-verbal communication methods it is easy to interact effectively(Gebhardt and et. al., 2015). Newcastle University, also improves there students skill to work with proper communication skills. This refers that students enhance skill to learn all communication style for interacting with individuals in proper manner. Writtencommunication-Thisreferstotheactofwriting,printing,typingand representing all symbols through using printed words. The main benefit to communicate with the written communication is that it is beneficial for record information. Along with this the common methods for written communication are books, journals, pamphlets, letter and blogs. E-mail-Electronic mail, it is one of the most common method that is used among all educational institute to transfer the information in proper manner. This work as an effective method which is used for exchanging digital message from the author to recipients. I always adopt those methods which improves my email writing skill because it is used by all individuals to transfer all information at global level(Fox and et. al., 2018). Example- to submit your complaint in effective manner.Along with email are quick method to transfer information that are used to transfer data easily in a cost effective manner. Business letter-The term business letter works as an effective mode of communication that share organisational information with in a professional manner. There are various stakeholders are present in market that leads to transfer information with customers, companies, investors and educators. So to maintain positive relations with all mention stakeholders business letter consists of formal language that transfer information within a specific format. At the workplace of others such as while working at colleague and friend
place business letter is used to transfer information in a confidential and formal way with in a specific format. Case study analysis-The most common and basic definition for case study works as an opportunity that demonstrate value of services through offering a real-life example. Further, with case study and its understanding management utilise this information to transfer message in a practical manner. In context of respective organisation this is analysed case study leads individuals to learn the things and studies from real life example. With the analysis and utilise of written communication it is identified that management concern to complete all work and information in minimum time period. This also concern for making long term courses that is used to make changes in organisation as it is used to engage all persons and individuals to adopt confidence skill for making better results(DePaula, Dincelli and Harrison, 2018). Moreover, written communication skill also helps to transfer all data and information with in record form. Along with this it is also used to ensure better decisions with all citizens by taking constant feedback from individuals. Enhancement in communication skill According to present communication methods it is leading at global level this determines with digital and electronic modes it is easy for all persons to interact with each other from far places. Moreover, the present sources for communication are cost effective and easy that also transfer information within minimum time period. Along with this it also analyse that with right communication skill management complete all task in proper manner but there are various challenges are also faced by management that is lack of feedback, email overload and lack of communication skill etc. This all generates barrier for Newcastle University to transfer and share meaningful information. Therefore, it is essential to implement techniques that help to overcome from communication challenges(Claret and et. al., 2014). To make communication priority-With the constant classes it is easy for management to readbooks,magazines,articlesetc.Thisisbeneficialforlearningandtransferring communication methods through which all individual make successful results by communication with others easily. It represent all information which is essential to share must be transfer on priority basis so essential task are completed in easy manner.

Simplify the message-Simple meaning words and straight forward information helps to transfer all message in easy manner. This determines that with all simple words it is easy to explain and interpret right message to the receiver. Long message in from of easy confrontations also leads individuals to transfer whole information in easy manner so the more message is simply more it helps for understand better results. To engage listener and reader-Listener and reader must conserve all information that is used for understanding and engaging more persons to transfer all information easily. This determines with question and by asking opinion from them it is easy to make them more active. It is also beneficial for transferring information in proper manner by making active interaction between sender and receiver. Take time to respond-When the message is received or listen by receiver in proper manner it is identified that there is major difference between react and respond. So an effective communicator must respond towards the message for making meaningful information from information. CONCLUSION From the above report it is analysed that there are various task and information will be provided by management to gain better results. So to make effective use of data it is identified that organisation must utilise communication methods that are used for making better results. Written, verbal and digital methods of communication are utilised by management to transfer all informationinsimplemanner. Along withthissystemof relateswithinformationmust understood that with this effective methods for communication it is easy to complete all task in decided time period. In the last, challenges that are faced while communicating along with there solution are also included in this report.
