INTRODUCTION The effective team communication and working are considered as the essential and most crucial element in an organisation whether it’s a small enterprises of a larger giant firm the communication is crucial for each and every level and department in the organisation. The each and every employee within an organisation is necessarily a bigger function as the effective communication within the firm and its integral levels helps the workforce to maintain the effective coordination in the organisation in each and every level of the company. In this report the communication and its techniques are emphasised as per the context of theSoft wire company. It is an effective and well performing SME. The company is headquartered in England, United Kingdom. The organisation is majorly deals in the software’s and online servicing, the nature of company are business to business as well as to business to customers. The company has an effective work force that helps it to gain its objective and goals in terms of growth and profitability (Lippe and et. al., 2020). The effective communication its aspects and the major theories have been discussed in this report. Along with that the major types of communications and the sources are also described in the project. Main Body Communication is the well defined structured process where one person shares and transact the information to the another medium or a person through usingdifferent signs, multiple symbols and so on. The building up of a team and to manage it effectively , it is most necessary to maintain the healthy and effective relationship and harmony among all team member within the confines of organisation (Hartley and Elowitz, 2020.). The control over the employees and monitoring of each and every department is also achieved by the settling the communication pattern in the multiple levels of the company. Empowerment and transparency– Effective communication provide empowerment and transparency at workplace and also increase the productivity and profitability of the organization. This will directly or indirectly boost the moral of the team members. Transparency is an effective way to bring productivity in the performance of employees and this motivate team members towards the assigned task so that they can easily execute their activities and tries to attain positive and desirable outcomes.
