INTRODUCTION
Management is all above effective process for completion of individual task with
effective manner. Its major essential to conduct work more efficiently and effectively.
Development of powerful management mainly require planing, organizing and implementing
(Bridgman and et.al., 2020). I decide to visit Museum of London with 3 to 4 people, I am not
able to visit museum because of lock-down, but they before lock-down they visit Victoria, Queen
of the United Kingdom history knowledge identify. But they face many challenges from
teamwork. This study will provide they decide to visit museum they mainly face team work
issues to how application of theories are useful term for effective team work development.
MAIN BODY
Group dynamics and theoretical techniques to improve teamwork
Tuckman:
Effective improvement development in teamwork and completion of successful task is
mainly refers to that individual develop and build interest in given task. Application of Tuckmen
theory its easier to evaluate that which techniques effectively develop group developments. This
theory has five major stages which clearly provide teamwork improvement and development are
as follows,
Forming: Expansion of specific and reliable objectives is first thing and provide them clear
information about that they have responsibility to connect with each other and accomplish given
task.
Storming: This stage mainly refers to analyse and evaluate team work conflicts and develop
activities to resolve conflicts. In any situation team will not perform well and individual not
connect with positive manner so it will highly influence performance of team work so resolution
of conflicts.
Norming: Its essential to provide information about individual when communicate with
individual it is useful for resolve complex. This stage mainly develop brainstorm that application
of effective communication and good behaviours makes result better.
Performing: Application of strategic term like face to face communicate and provide information
about develop social connections and bond is powerful method for connection development with
each other.
