 Benefits of effective teams
 There are various benefits of effective teams to an
organization, which includes:
 Enhanced problem solving
 When there are people specialized under different
types of skills are considered for the purpose of
development of team, it helps the them in increasing
their efficiency and productivity within the team as
the minds of different individuals get considered in
order to solve a specific situation.
 Increased potential for innovation
 It has been noticed within several organizations that
the better the team, the higher will be the capacity of
an organization to innovate something which is
meaningful and beneficial for the customers.
