INTRODUCTION
A personal learning and development plan refers to the self-evaluation which is typically
used in higher education and the work place as well. It also act as the beneficial exercise in the
personal life. Within the work place, the PDP is completed as the part of an employee's
continuous professional development which can be defined by the Chartered Institute of personal
and development(Borisova., 2019).The present report will cover discussion about the effective
management of time which is crucial for the success of student. In addition to this, the report will
cover analysis about the importance of effective time management to study into successful terms.

Effective time management refers to managing the time into effective terms so that the
right time which has been allocated to the right activity. It also allows the individuals to assign
particular time slots to activities as per their importance. It also refers to the making the best use
of time as time is always into limited terms. From the student perspective it is very important that
they have to manage the time into effective terms so that they can concentrate on every aspect of
their life. When students have the effective time management skill then they allow students to
complete more in the shorter period of time. Their attention is into focused terms and they have
to train themselves into such a manner that they don't waste their time on distractions. When
students use the time into effective terms then this kind of use of time also reduces stress where
students tick off the items from their to do list.
From the students perspective it is very difficult to manage the time into result oriented
terms so they have to plan accordingly manage each and every aspect of their life. For achieving
success on a larger scale, it is very important that they should have proper knowledge about their
time management so that they can properly concentrate on every aspect of their academic life
(Smith., 2020). Within the academic life if there is no proper management of time then it is very
difficult to achieve the tasks on the daily basis into successful terms. For the effective time
management, it is important that to follow certain tips into positive manner. First of all, it is
important to use the calender to plan ahead into result oriented way.
