1. Necessity
It is important to know the audience as help to make the proper documents. Document is
depending on the audience age, relations, and interest (Christensen, 2011). The manner of
document will be different if send to the workmate, customers, and clients. The purpose of the
document is to create the effective combination to transform the information. It provides the
good piece of knowledge about the topic with the more technical language.
2. Format and structure
Format and structure of the document summarize the proposal of the organization in the effective
way. It creates an appeal to the readers to read (Graham, 2016). This built the understanding with
the supportive information. It also presents the logical manner and interest regarding document
proposal.
3. Organizational requirements
Structures and standards have the impact on the document. Organizational structures are source
of file saving, look of report, and document conventions (Gvozdikov, & Shutterstock, 2016). The
organization standards are created by the employees through the use of the report with the proper
documentation.
