The main aim of present research is to analyse positive economic, cultural and ethical impact of globalisation on
operation in ORACLE Hospitality. Therefore, to analyse this concept some articles have been reviewed by research
team. It includes point of view of Hasan Ali Al-Zu'bi who is professor in Applied Science Private University. As per this
article, it has evaluated that the term globalisation is considered as trend towards an integrated economic system. It
compromises with economical, legal, political, technological and cultural spheres that impact on organisations, in both
positive and negative manner. In addition to this, some books and journals have also extracted from different websites
to analyse the view point of various writers who have already conducted their research on same topic. This would help
in addressing the main objectives of present research that are- effects of globalisation on hospitality industry; concept
of economic, cultural and ethical impact of globalisation; challenges faced by Oracle in conducting its operations and
offer new services in international market due to globalisation. Therefore, through literature review, it has analysed
that globalisation includes factors which covers sourcing, scanning and learning, economics of scale, technological
advancement and more, can be used as an operational strategy for Oracle. In this regard, among these factors,
economics of scale increase overall productivity of company, when it business is globalised. But if, Oracle over expand
business then level of management will also increase that leads to make communication more complicated.
Therefore, it will negatively impact on operations and productivity of respective company

In order to conduct the present project which is based on the concept of
globalisation, researchers are required to describe each and every activity in
specified manner. Further, these activities should be time-framed so that project
will complete under specified period. Here, such activities includes problem
identification, formulation of appropriate aims and objectives, literature review,
methodologies to conduct research, collection of suitable data, etc. For framing all
such in a proper time-frame, researchers can use the concept of Gantt Chart. This
technique is developed in 1917 by Henry L. Gantt, which helps in framing each
mentioned activities in a fix duration for managing project in appropriate manner.
It generally shows main activities of project in graphical way which enables project-
makers easy to plan, monitor and track the progress of research outcomes. Under
this framework, each task or activity is shown against starting and ending time
duration, as shown below:-
How long this will take:
Problem identity- 1 day
Selection of suitable topic- 6 days
Development of aims and
objectives- 7days
Literature review- 7 days
Research methodologies- 21 days
Collection of suitable data- 14 days
Conclusion and recommendation- 6
days
Submission of final report- 1 day
