Introduction
Effectual communication refers to process that is associated with exchange of thoughts,
ideas, knowledge along with information by which intent behind this can be accomplished (Jack,
Ridley and Turner, 2020). This illustrates representation of views of sender in best way so that it
can be understood by one who is involved within the conversation. This report is based on
effective communication and different aspects related with this have been mentioned.
Main Body
The act associated with conveying meanings from one group or entity to other via usage
of mutual understood symbols, signs as well as semiotic rules is defined as communication.
While dealing with number of people, it si necessary that adequate communication skills must be
possessed by an individual. When it comes to social work then interaction plays a critical role as
it is important to acknowledge problems faced by individuals due to any reason and for this
communication is the only way (Katz, McPartland and Rines, 2020). People will not interact
until they have confidence in other person with respect to questions that are being raised by
them. At this time there has to be convincing capability within the words as it will make entire
process interactive. For a social worker, it won’t be possible to render services in case effective
communication skills are possessed. An instance can be taken to understand this aspect like if
any problems are being faced by group of society due to suppose discrimination but when social
workers approach them and ask about their problems, they will probably not speak due to fear of
being having repercussions for this. But if in case social worker approaches them in a normal
way and directly do not talk about problems encountered by them then they will themselves tell
about problems that are faced by them. This can be regarded as a strategy to identify their
problems and provide them adequate response.
Journalism is an area in which without effective communications desired goals and
objectives cannot be attained. Effective communication comprises of sender, receiver and a
message which is being transmitted among two entities. As per previous experience like NGOs
young people radio journalist ethnic, communication was essential to acknowledge different
aspects and make people aware about particular community within the society (Koprowska,
2020). The communication skills have been enhanced by this experience as well as practice. For
this observance is essential aspect as it enables to gain more information as well as knowledge
