competitors. How it will seek to win the work on the project of construction. Furthermore, it will
describe about the factors that will create and influence competitive advantage for construction
contractors, engineering.

Engineering, construction enterprise, architectural and other consulting business strive to achieve
competitive advantage over competitors.
The engineering, construction enterprise, architectural and other consulting firm is highly
competitive in global marketplace. Their competitiveness is compounded where conflicting
objective among subcontractors, contractors which are mainly setting the different stages for
establishing the business relationship (Seriki and Murphy, 2019). Especially when clients those
from public sector which require evaluation parameter to complement its traditional focus on the
basis of price. It is also need for change in construction enterprise where implementing one or
more approach between constructing parties (Chen, Yin and Li, 2019). In another way, it will
require to identify the attitude of different stakeholder which providing constructed facilities in
project development. A strategic alliance relates to cooperative relationship between multiple
organizations that form as strategies.in this way, it helps for contributing to achieve their major
goals and objectives. The contractors, subcontractors are the most common phenomenon in the

part and even most of work that they could themselves contracted to carry out. On the other
hand, it can be identified that 80% of total work value being performed by contractor in

The Engineering, construction enterprise, architectural and other consulting business
focus on the strategic alliance which has posited theories addressing benefits, advantage of long-
term growth. In order to increase the efficiency and performance of business (Ecem Yildiz,
Dikmen and Talat Birgonul, 2020). A clear perspective of enterprises, building a strong
relationship with stakeholders, contractors in the construction project. It helps for analysing the
level of strategic alliance between contractors as well as consulting firm. During evaluation
phase, it is considered in logical manner to request list of subcontractors which intends to engage
with particular project (Öz, 2019). In this way, it can easily measure the issues that influence
competitiveness in global construction marketplace. Afterwards, it will implement strategic
planning that how it can easily build interconnectivity between issues and competitive drivers. In

the current market situation which has triggered the requirement for organization to be more
competitive for survival. In UK, the major factors that create and influence competitive
advantage for engineering, construction contractors, and architectural. In construction project,
firms are adopting modern technology which help for increasing efficiency and performance
(Haseeb and et.al., 2019). In this way, it improved the frame work discovering the relationship
among conservational strategic development, performance improvement. It has more chances for
construction enterprises to profit competitive advantage that lead to develop commerce
performance. The maintainable improvement in construction project needs that assists for
contractor progress in their competitiveness by realizing best construction practices (Kaleka and
Morgan, 2019). In additional, the relationship between the contractor’s competitiveness and their
sustainability performance which has been successfully develop or design project.
In UK, the competitive location of urban areas does not stay remain constant, it varies
because of internal as well as external issues such as modern competitors. If construction
enterprise wants to adopt the new innovation idea within construction project for achieving the
organizational goals. However, it will develop collaboration with other firms and also achieve
competitive advantage in global marketplace.

From above discussion, it concluded that Organization management is a type of process that
help for planning, directing and structuring, identifying necessary resources in order to achieve
the significant goals and objectives. it has summarised about the engineering and contraction
businesses, architectural or consulting enterprise that strive to achieve competitive advantage
over competitors. It is seeking to win the work on the project of construction. Furthermore, it can
be identified the different factors that can create and influence competitive advantage for
