INTRODUCTION
 The project is proposed on developing the
electronic health record system for Australia
 The daily curriculum activities of the patients can
be recorded in the electronic health record system.
 The implementation of EHR system helps in
resolving the issues and gaps which exist in the
Australian health care industries.
 The patients are provided with instant treatment
in emergency situation.
 User friendly interface should be developed for
storing the information of the patient in the HER
system.

PROBLEM DOMAIN
 The accuracy in the billing is the major concern
of the medical industries of Australia.
 The patients are not able to get effective services
and medical facilities in emergency situation.
 The user friendly interface is not exist with the
existing EHR system of Australia .
 The patients are treated with improved medical
facilities in emergency situation

PROJECT SCOPE
 The scope of the project is to develop user
friendly interface for the EHR system
 Modification and manipulation should be done in
the existing system
 Development of the software licensing
 Management of effective database
 Testing of the system functionality
