INTRODUCTION
Analysis of this particular assignment has been done on the basis of the
downtime of eight machinery. There is a major downtime of machinery over a
period of two years. The breakdown of the machinery has been occurred due to
electrical breakdown, mechanical breakdown and operation break down. Each
machine has their own downtime due to failure involved and the same has been
presented in the form of graph and chart in the analysis.
EXAMINATION
Below is the machinery which have been examined for analysis:
1. APM
2. APS
3. ASM;
4. ECSM;
5. HLW 1 &2;
6. N Crane;
7. S Crane;
8. WCSM
The above machinery downtime analysis has been done from the last month
of the year 2016 till February month of the year 2019.The same has been
presented in the form of excel chart which has been depicted here in below:

On the basis of above graph and excel charts it can be analysed that downtime
of all the eight machinery is significantly falling over a period of time. From the
December of the year 2016 till February month of the year 2019 it can be seen
from the graph presented above in the form of bar chart. The maximum
downtime of the eight machine was in the December month of the year 2017
and has started falling from the January month of the year 2018 and has rapidly
declined at the end of the February month of the year 2019.The maximum
downtime was seen in the December month of the year 2017 and the least was
in the February month of the year 2019.
