There are both arguments related to this topic that is for and against.as both drivers younger and older may cause the life-threatening accidents, so, by doing 18 years mandatory minimum age of driving will significantly reduce the car accidents.Thesis statementNational minimum age of driving should be 18 years.Major four elements of argument1.The mind of Teenagers gets distracted. 2.It will lead to car accidents as they are not mature enough to drive.3.As they are not mature, they do not bother to follow the traffic rules as they may believe that it is useful.4.Teenagers are very much use to use mobile phones it becomes one of the distractions and may cause the accident. (Colby S. L. et al., 2015).Causes and effectsThe rate of accidents can be minimized if the driving age was raised to 18 years. Teenagers are not mature enough so they do not follow the rules of traffic while driving this may lead toa traffic jam or sometimes may cause to accidents as they are least bother to follow the rules either of traffic or road. From research, it is found that among three teenage one teenager is addicted to the texting especially at the age of 16 to 17 years which is a major distraction while driving.
