Executive Summary
Elmenus needs to develop various areas in order to attain strategic objectives and
build future skills. This includes time management skill, analytical skill, decision making
skill, collaboration skills, planning skills and leading skills.
PDP and SMART action plan are tools which can be used to asses leadership skills
and build path to attain the various leadership skills needed for development.
Effective leadership and participative leadership style has helped Elmenus face
adverse leadership situations
Staff welfare culture at Elmenus has played an important role in attainment of
strategic objectives.
