Strategy is based on the action model that help to describe the business strategy approach,
understand the specific goals and changing circumstances. Several strategies are emerging
after an enterprise carries out a specific action and develop a pattern in its demand of
business. Strategy refers to the long term success of business as it attempts to gain
competitive advantage, diverse expectations of stakeholders and changing enterprise
environment (Hodgkinson & Wright, 2020). In the context of business perspective, it implies
that manager must understand internal as well as external environment to determine strength
or weakness. Under emergent approach, different strategies emerge as business leader to
make an important strategic, operational decision. An effective strategy can be developed,
created and designed through planning method. It is integrated with resource allocation,
functions to meet the specific goals and objectives. The emergent view of strategy should be
considered a set of actions, behaviour and consistent over time. It is important to maintain a
flexibility and giving the better option for individuals, organisations to gain more agile
opportunity. It continued to process allowing for learning, development and adaption for a
business.
A strategy approach should be considered the form of manager’s action in order to achieve
desirable goals and objectives. Moreover, it can be explained the different components set
aside by enterprise to gain the future vision. Strategic management concept can be derived
from the strategy and uses as art of business management. As changing the requirement of
business and ensure that it constantly maintain assessment criteria for success. The

context. The use of strategy should be considered the natural outcome of enterprise adopting

with better accuracy. For example- companies are putting extra efforts in the resource
allocation, management. It is an essential aspect to find a better options. On the other hand,
planned strategy have not followed in several years and difficult to avoid behaviour conflicts
among people. For example- Mining based companies have already facing behaviour conflict
problem because they do not use planned strategy concept.
The process strategy refers to leadership functions within organisation and identify the best
possible results or outcomes. In this way, companies are unable to predict the environment
condition instead of managing and controlling strategy on different level. Most importantly, it
is needed to focus on the particular boundaries, target the leadership which influence process
strategy indirectly. On the other hand, Managers are controlling the process strategy instead
of handling content approach. As a result, it will be identified the predictable behaviour with
respect to the emergent manner. Different kind of leadership designs are developing by
system approach and perform significant action accordingly.

Strategic renewal is based on the phenomenon that includes content, results, process of
replacement in terms of organisational attributes. It is one of the important approach in terms
of change management, adjustment in direction and identify long term competitiveness of
enterprise. The fundamental concept of strategic renewal is basically used to describe the
process in which adapting one strategy and change in the external environment. When a

organizational strategic directions and further activities. It has overcome the adverse impact
of certain factors in appropriate manner that contributed to reached desire results and also
helped in success of venture. By making effective and useful plans, organization gained
advantages of reaching target market and gained the attention of new audience, who are able
to promote venture successfully in the world. Furthermore, by summing up above discussion,
it has been summarized that effective strategy planning procedure has provided multiple
benefits to management. As they had enhanced customers satisfaction level even better than
last few years or months. They had taken pleasure of improving performance level in term of
conducting useful practices such as resource allocation. It enabled company to set new aims

resources that enabled them to do so.
Moreover, from above discussion, it has been identified that development of key approaches
and their utilization in practical manner as enabled firm to overcome each type of challenge
that it had experienced during process of planning and implementing strategies. The
consideration of management about varied elements or factors like positioning enabled
organization to get positive image in the mind of customers that helped to gain their attention
and also driven their concentration toward conducting word of mouth promotion. By using
this element and focusing on same, firm built its influencing and attractive image that help to
beat rivals and attracted more people toward purchasing products and using services that it
has planned to offer to everyone. By making appropriate plans school management supported
students to grow and succeed in their career, which is quite essential for them to do that
because of thinking about further complications and competition in job market. The creation
of positive and productive culture in the workplace, driven the concentration of
administration toward taking right action that in return contributed to increased their
performance and enhanced the satisfaction of individual person. From overall discussion, the
implementation of key methods and conducting essential activities, management has
provided satisfactory outcomes to each stakeholder, that contributed to make venture
progressive and productive than other brands that tend to give tough competition to each rival
in appropriate manner, by considering and using the best techniques accessible in the world
