The reality of the risk postured by another participant depends on threefactors the contestant's capacity to take care of its costs rapidly enough, the rate at which thequantity of clients of the free offering is developing, and the speed with which the paying clientsare abandoning (van Rijnsoever et al., 2015). Hence, the company is facing a serious threat dueto the emergence of various other companies in the same domain in business. In this report, thediscussions are carried out on background of the company and the implementation of emergingtechnology and innovation for resolving the issues being presently faced by Yahoo. Further, acreative mind map is designed to illustrate upon the process of determining the solution. Theinnovative and technological components of this solution are also discussed along withdetermining the ways to measure effectiveness of the solution. Background of the companyOne of the Internet's most punctual and greatest examples of overcoming adversity,Yahoo! started in mid-1994 as a side project of David Filo and Jerry Yang, two PhDunderstudies at Stanford. The Internet was quite recently starting to detonate with Web localeson an apparently limitless number of subjects, so Filo and Yang indexed the destinations theyenjoyed and made the rundown accessible all alone Web page. Their efficient index wasenormously well known, and in 1995 they joined their business as Yahoo!, took it open, andprogressed toward becoming multimillionaires (Kuhlmann & Ordonez-Matamoros, 2017).
