INTRODUCTION
Emerging technologies are considered as the new technologies that may be currently
developing or going to be developed within the coming period. Innovations in these technologies
means new features or products along with their significant changes. It can be implemented only
if it has been introduced to the market.
Emerging technologies and innovation in the public sector
Emerging technologies in the public sector leads to more agile and strong governmental
infrastructures (Gil-Garcia, Helbig and Ojo, 2014). The process includes various internal as well
as external factors such as machine intelligence, architectures, smart platforms, data and
analytics etc. These all leads to the development of public or governmental bodies.

In this paper, a new approach in the area of creative design is presented. The approach
