INTRODUCTIONEmerging technologies are considered as the new technologies that may be currentlydeveloping or going to be developed within the coming period. Innovations in these technologiesmeans new features or products along with their significant changes. It can be implemented onlyif it has been introduced to the market. Emerging technologies and innovation in the public sectorEmerging technologies in the public sector leads to more agile and strong governmentalinfrastructures (Gil-Garcia, Helbig and Ojo, 2014). The process includes various internal as wellas external factors such as machine intelligence, architectures, smart platforms, data andanalytics etc. These all leads to the development of public or governmental bodies. (Source : Emerging technologies for public sector, 2017) The originality of this approach can be based by the specific governmental structure. In the literature, it was proposed that no issue of notice or agreement has done in order tothe emerging technologies and their impact in the public sector. This is a useful problem asdevelopment of these new technologies can help in maximizing the growth of the governmentalbodies. The article tells about the importance of smart cities, openness etc. The article gives theviews on the concept of smart government and an illustration of practices to accomplish it.The article contributes to the concept of smart cities and emerging technologies, but didnot included the ways which can help in the actual contribution.The aim of this literature is to maximize the rate of success in the public/ governmentalsectors by emerging new technologies along with the innovative features.The Nasty effect and Risk perceptions of emerging technologies. It considers the ways in which the public communicates with a particular type of people ,uncivil audience in the formation of perceptions of risk for an emerging technology. These perspectives considers the political, social and environmental factors along withthe individual factors like cognition levels etc. Past scholarship has been used for measurement of self perceived familiarity withnanotechnology. As per Anderson and et.al, (2014), issue familiarity was also proved useful as itacted as a heuristic that has higher level of confidence. Incivility was a major issue in the article. The increasingly uncivil behaviour of peopleacted as a reason for the incivilityThe literature enriched public deliberation. Involvement of Online incivility also impededthe democratic goal. Future of citizen science : emerging technologies and shifting paradigmsCitizen science can be considered as a power which when combined with emergingtechnologies, enlarges the chances of public engagement and ecological research. They arelikely be influenced by sociocultural issue that must be related to the new emerged technologies. The originality of this report is that the new emerging technologies influence the processof scientific research by designing the collection of data and also it helps in improving themanagement of data.
