Emergent technologies are new which includes
information technology, wireless data communication,
bio technology, man-machine communication, advance
robotics, artificial intelligence. By using new and
advanced technology it is possible for Google to carry
out all its operations in appropriate manner and it leads
to decline in overall efforts required in carrying out the
key operations of company. Further, use of technology in
manufacturing leads to positive results such as meeting
with the customer expectations, enhancing satisfaction
level of target market etc.

Porter five forces
Bargaining power of buyer: In every market buyers are
having high bargaining power as many options are present
with them in relation with purchase of single commodity.
Further, through introduction of new technology Google is
able to deliver high quality products such as search
engines etc and business is using advanced technology in
entire range of products. So, in case of this case bargaining
power of buyer is low
Bargaining power of supplier: Suppliers of Google are
providers of some services which are used in development
of end products. In case of suppliers their bargaining
power is low as many suppliers are present in the market
who can offer internet and computer software products at
an affordable price to customers
Threats of substitutes: Google is indulged into practices of
offering high quality products and services such as internet
etc which are advanced. Therefore, threat of substitute is
low for business
Threat of new entrants: In computer and software sector
new companies cannot establish businesses in the market
as it requires large investment. Therefore, it is beneficial
for the businesses already operating in the market
Competitive rivalry: In the computer and software sector
level of competition is quite high and when advanced
technology is used for producing products then it provides
competitive advantage to business and major issues can
be tackled easily.
