INTRODUCTION
Emerging trends are basically consider the concept which driving the global management
for hotel industry. This report will discuss about the different kind of leadership within the
restaurants, identify appropriate style of leadership practices. This report will explain the
organizational responsibility as well as responsible leadership in the hospitality where it plays
important role in the restaurant business growth and development. Furthermore, this
documentation will analyse the concept of CSR (Corporate social responsibility), which drive the
entire restaurant business, Also incorporating hospitality industry, government, and civil society.
However, identify the social media practices and implications for better customer satisfaction
and experiences.
Overview of “The Clove Club Restaurant”
The clove Club is based on the restaurant and opened in 2013 March, Shoreditch Town
Hall east London. This type of restaurant is named after original supper club, founders of Clove
club is Daniel Willis and his partnership with Isaac Mchale and Johnny Smith together in
2010. It is one of the most popular restaurant in London, which offers different kind of food and
Beverage services. The Clove Club restaurant should serve as tasting menu which is always
attracts more consumer towards brand. Usually, enterprise will try to highlight the best things
and establish a strong position in marketplace.
Moreover, The Clove club also offer a number of pairings such as wine pairing, soft pairing
and as an ambient tea pairing. The clove club is always adopted the modern cooking techniques
with better thoughtful, precise and elegant food in an informal settings.

Analyse different leadership styles within “The clove Club” and identify the styles of leadership
practices with examples.
A leadership style is define as leader’s method or technique of providing the right direction,
implementing the effective plan and inspiring the staff members. The manager of “The Clove
Club” Restaurant is to adopt the leadership style according to the need or requirements. In this

way, it is helping for manager to handle the entire operational business activities in proper
manner.
Autocratic Leadership Style-
This type of leadership style will help for efficient leader to impose expectations and
define accurate result or outcome. The manager of “The clove club” restaurant which means that
show as successful turn in complex situation (Dotoli, FayMiśkowicz and Seatzu, 2019). It is
consider as most knowledgeable in team. Although, it is efficient way to define suitable strategy
in time constrained time intervals. The advantage of autocratic leadership’s style is that when a
manager can spend a lot of time in business decision-making. Sometimes, it also emphasizes to
handle or maintain the chain of command.
In “The Clove club”, manager can use the autocratic leadership style that supports for
taking important decision by themselves. Autocratic leadership is completely opposite to the
democratic because manager has decided what they can do in their business operations and
functions without any involvement of other staff members. Manager of Clove Club restaurant is
to become consider as responsible person to handle the business activities.
Transaction leadership Style-
Transaction leadership style is based on the improvement changes in the Clove Club
restaurant, which means that inspire or motivate the staff member to the improve the entire
business performance as well as efficiency. This can possible when manager of Clove club to
involve with staff members and provide the opportunity for every staff members where they can
implement suitable operations (Gursoy, 2018). Sometimes, Restaurant manager is important
source of motivation as well as inspiration that can easily handle the different tasks effectively
and efficiently.
Transaction leadership style can be used by manager to give reward, award for their
efficient employees. Sometimes, it is also conducting the recognition program or event where
