The hospitality industry is changing very fast and is affected by the changing requirements.
The hospitality organisation chosen in this report is Dembies Wine Estate Hotel, that is having
presence in UK. In the present report there is discussion of the trends that are changing very fast
in the hospitality sector and consist of various leadership style that have been developed and a
particular style is applied for the organisation(Joseph. and Brako, 2016). There is assessment of
the concept of changing concept of ethical social responsibility and its application on the
organisation. Apart from this lastly there is a discussion of how social media can posses an
impact on the functioning of an organisation and various strategies for addressing of risk related
to social media applications.
