INTRODUCTION
Hospitality sector encompasses varied forms of companies and ventures that provides the
best accommodation, food and other types of services to consumers. By hiring skilled and
talented applicants, sector has now leaded at 4th position in the UK. The sector is combined with
domestic and global brands that help to increase competition or competitive level. In order to
satisfy the needs of customers and gaining attention of new people, hospitality sector has adopted
the most emerging trends, which are quite beneficial for their growth. The current assignment
will be based on Hyatt Regency, London. It falls under list of the most prestiges hotels in the
United Kingdom. Organization is owned by Churchill Group Ltd and is recently operated by
Hyatt hotels corporation. The study will explain different leadership styles within organizational
context and style of leadership practices within chosen company. It will define application of
responsible leadership and organizational responsibility concepts in organization. The report will
justify how corporate social responsibility delivers benefits to firm as well as wider community
incorporating hospitality sector, civil society and government. Furthermore, lastly the assignment
will clarify social media practices of hotel and their implications for better customer satisfaction
& experience as well.

Autocratic leadership-
In list of leadership styles, autocratic known as authoritarian form that most of the leaders
has used to provide benefits in context of companies. It is characterized by individual control
over decision-making process and certain input from team members. Autocratic leadership style
make person able to control workers performance by taking right judgement without making
discussion with others (Fouad, 2019). Leader with firm type of leadership style make decision
based on their own analysis and beliefs, they do not involve others in term of taking advise. It
allows leader or manager to enhance businesses productivity by considering appropriate
approaches and using these without taking approval from others. However, there are some traits
of this style accessible such as team leader dictate all activities and distribute accountabilities
among other staff members.

Autocratic leadership style is quite beneficial as it helps in condition where a venture
faces continuous crisis or problems while running business within specific sector like hospitality.
It enables person to react to particular situation, because of quick decision-making competence.
Autocratic leadership style is a way of managing a company in effective and systematic manner
with no input or advise from others.
Transformational leadership-
Just like above style, the current one also provides benefits to companies in varied
manner in term of increasing motivational level among all the workers. There are many leaders
accessible within hospitality sector that used transformational leadership style while working in
their organizations (Ohunakin and et.al., 2019). It makes them able to encourage, motivate and
inspire workers to innovate some products or services which in return increase the profitability
and productivity of firms like Hyatt Regency, London. It encompasses key elements that help to
build an effective and productive team at workplace that may contribute to gain competitive edge
and allow firms to be competitive for longer period.
For instance, inspirational motivation is an important component of this style that help
staff members in form of boosting their motivational and morale level even better than last few
months or years. It drives attention of a leader towards leading to positive changes or
modifications at workplace. For example, leaders within Marriott international, by using
transformational leadership style boost their business performance and profits margin.
Transformational style allow a person to become a leader that may navigates an firm towards
current as well as further improvement by altering thoughts, existing process and organizational
culture.
Democratic leadership-
All the leadership styles are beneficial and useful in varied manners. Just like above,
democratic also work effectively and provide unexpected outcomes in form of increasing rate of
employees productivity. In most of the cases, it also known as participative leadership that
requires collaborative power, group level decision-making and delegation of accountabilities
(Veliu and et.al., 2017). For example, leaders within varied hotels like Hilton used democratic
form of leadership in order to boost staff morale and allow them to work even better than last
years. According to this style, a leader by including their team members in decision-making
process enhance morale and increase productivity, which is quite important to boost. With style,
