place environment. If as a person I am able to understand the emotional state and feelings of an
individual then I will be able to communicate with them effectively and thus, my relationship
status with them will improve greatly (YouTube. 2018). Hence I must ensure that my emotional
intelligence status is at a good point to be able to work in harmony in the organization.
