Introduction
The obvious reason one needs to entertain the understanding of the emotional
intelligence test is to undergo special treatment on oneself for better human
being. The following reflective have supported me to evaluate my inner ability
that will in turn enable to make myself a better global citizen.

Johari window is a psychological tool which was created in the year 1955 by Joseph Luft.
This window helps in understanding self-awareness, interpersonal relationship, personal
development, improvement of communication, team Development, group dynamics and
intergroup relationship. All these informative factors are considered to be soft skills which
are to be included by a free people working in an organisation or willing to work in an
organisation (Ott and Michailova, 2018). It's a really justified situation where a person comes
in contact with information that he knows and that he doesn't know.
This Framework is helpful in understanding the different ways that people have when they
think about a particular individual. The illustration of graph as well as table format helps in
understanding and overlapping reviews in order to ensure the 13 changes in direction
individual, as well as other people, think of.

When discussing about the earthquake which is known to myself as well as known to my
other to colleagues are musical interest as well as linguistic. Musical and linguistic are known
to me and to others as because it is quite evaluated in terms of organisational work nature.
The way I work in the organisation is quite observing as because music relax to my
knowledge and stays in my mind whenever I wish to vote in the certain area. I quite easily
mixer with people using my language as I have seen knowledge and understanding how
people speak and what they mean when they speak. Certainly enables me to increase my
linguistic skills which are known to others in the organisation.
While discussing regarding the unknown aspect that I did not find out through my self-
evaluation is interpersonal skills logical mathematical aspect. I personally feel that my
mathematical concept is not as strong as it should be, but through the evaluation point of my
colleague, I found out that my logical mathematical strength is quite observable from their
point of view.
The interpersonal skill is quite obvious I understood by my colleagues as because I have a
great Repo with almost every organisational people. There are people who support me when I
am in a problem and that clearly suggest that I have proper interpersonal skills to make
myself popular as well as loved among all.
While discussing and evaluating the aspect which is unknown to me as well as unknown to
others is bodily kinaesthetic. The Eagle needs to be here about experience in sports as well as
awareness in sports is not quite known to everybody however I wish to know them properly
by property valuation through Johari window.
Part B
When going to myself as a student in Howard Gardner's physic multiple intelligence tests I
saw that I need to improve my quality in musical aspect as well as an interpersonal prospect.
In order to ensure myself in a better intelligent rating I must evaluate understand and proper
aspects before understanding the way to mitigate those dual in mitigating those issues
While evaluating simple multiple intelligence model I found that my interpersonal skills, as
well as my language grip, are defining strength. With considerate development opportunities
and greet over language I have maintained a possible scenario of support and development.
With the utilisation of the interpersonal skills, I have managed to understand the different
objectives of the organisational workers and maintained my level of diplomacy to support
each and everyone whenever in need. The linguistic have supported me in expressing my
views and ideas to my fellow colleagues and other members in the organisation. This skill of
