The reflective essay also elaborates on strengths along with weakness on the basis of survey results and the improvements that can be made in relation to weakness of an individual. The reflective essay also reflects on the competencies that can be developed which can help an individual in functioning as global citizen. Part 1 The Johari Window Model focusses on four aspects: Open, Blind, Hidden and Unknown that can act as a coaching tool for an individual. The qualities in relation to my personality that are known by me and the other people are in relation to my interpersonal skills and my empathetic ability (McCleskey and Berrios 2016). I think that both I and the peoplearoundmeareawareoftheseskillsandthesequalitiesofmineareopenly acknowledged by other people. The blind spots in relation to my personality are the ones that are not known by me but they are the qualities that are acknowledged by the other people. The part that is not known by me and known by the other people is that I am intuitive and creative (Shamoa-Nir 2017). Fourth quadrant is indicative of the unknown area that is unknown to myself along with the other people. The fact that is unknown both to me along with the other people is that I have persuasive ability that can greatly help me in convincing the other people. There were two other people who had evaluated me on the basis of the Johari model. The two people who have evaluated me have found out that the other people are not aware of my empathetic ability (Cabello et al. 2016). The results of the other people highlighted the fact that the other people are not aware of my creative nature and this is where it differed with other people. The evaluation carried out by the other people revealed the fact that the other people are acquainted with my listening skills whereas I had found that the other people did not know about this ability. On the basis of fourth quadrant, it was found that the other people had knowledge about my persuasive skills and that they felt that I was endowed with great about my persuasive skills (Ruvalcaba-Romero et al. 2017).
