Design thinking boost creativity
and innovation to take actions(Joo
& Chung, 2019).
Used to foster the mindset of the
designers (Matthews,
Williams,Yanchar &
McDonald,2017).
Resolve the complex issues of the
other person (Hess & Fila, 2017)
Define empathy ????
It is related with the individuals
capability to analyze the behavior of
the other person or their emotional
state of mind (Carmel-Gilfilen &
Portillo, 2016).
Why it is so important for design thinking?
Through empathy designers can
emphasize on the requirement of the other
person (Walther, Miller & Sochacka,
2017).
It helps to generate creative solutions of
the different issues.
