INTRODUCTION There are a lot of improvements which have to be done in individuals so that they can have a better functioning. There are skills and experience which are required so that the individual can develop them. The further report consists of the experience and learning out of the task 1. TASK 2 Reflective Journal There is a lot of learning which I have received from the task 1 which has been performed by me. I have developed team working skills from the task 1 which I have developed. There was a good description of the skills which have to be present and which I have developed in these tasks. With the help of Gibbs reflective model there is going to be a good understanding of the learning which I received. This model was published in 1988 which has 6 stages in it which describe the functioning effectively so that there is a better learning outcome which can be developed from it. The 6 stages which are present would be description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan which is going to be discussed in the further report. Description In the task I have made a presentation on the skills which must be present in individuals to be able to achieve the objectives and goals in the market. It is from the task 1 report it can be analysed that there is a need of team work which was missing in the task 1 since I could not give in my best and make the most of the time limit (Okolie and et.al., 2020). To get the accurate and right information I had to read a lot online and offline to be able to make the best come out of me. By written skills are weak but I was able to give the best because of the images which I put in the presentation. I made the presentation short and put out the most important information related to the topic only. Longer the presentation the lesser the people pay attention is what I had learned from the skills which have to be present in me for this task to be successful. I had the right team with me to be able to make the most from the presentation we had come up with. Though we feel like we could have done better if we had more time in hand or we would have
understood the importance of time management in the beginning itself. The distribution of work was not present in the beginning because everyone did not have the right knowledge of being a leader which is why the task was not completed as we had expected it to be (Ornellas, Falkner and Stålbrandt, 2019). Feelings There is an improvement of my confidence level and other skills like time management and sense of presence in the task. I was nervous of presenting a presentation in the class because I felt like I did not have the right information even after I had put in my best to research and get the accurate information. For any presentation to be a success the most important is confidence which I experienced when I did present it in front of everyone. When I had received this assignment I was not that comfortable with it because I am afraid of public speaking but the day I presented it I got the confidence that when there is information which is being passed there has to be good confidence level in an individual (Di Pietro, 2019). I do not have problem solving skills in me which had to be developed and this task helped me do that which is a great improvement which I see in myself. Evaluation From the task 1 it can be evaluated that the experience I received is good for the future goals I have planned for myself which are going to be very effective (Fletcher, Sharif and Haw, 2017). There were a lot of situations which rose in front of me while I was completing this task like time management, information, data, distribution of work, etc but they had to be well managed by me so that the presentation was giving the best to the people who watched it. There were colourful background and attractive images which I used in the presentation which is why the people got attracted to it and were actually listening because the information would be informative for them in future as well (Santandreu Calonge and Aman Shah, 2016). There was a use of a lot of examples so that everyone could relate and understand the kind of situation and problem solving measures which have to be taken for a smoother functioning. There is a lot of knowledge which I received and not just me but by the people as well because there was a feedback which I had taken from them so that I can improve for the future use of presentations as well.

Analysis The task had to be completed on time and without that we would have failed because of which I put in my best and took the role of the leader so that the entire team would work as one and complete the task. There are drawbacks in all the members and I had to first understand them and then distribute the work so that they can make the most of their strengths and the project would be completed with the aim we had in mind (Ramisetty and Desai, 2017). All situations have different problems and solutions which will have to be done on time before more problems could rise out of them. There is a requirement of a lot of thinking and analysing the situation so that the right decision can be taken from it in the end and that is going to be very beneficial for a long run and individual’s development which I have learnt from the task which had been assigned to me (Paterson, 2017). Conclusion I could have made sure that all the members of the group did their work separately and only those which they knew or had knowledge of so that the outcome or results could have been better. Team working needs a good communication which are both verbal and non verbal so that the task can be completed (Jorre de St Jorre and Oliver, 2018). There has to be a good knowledge for those researches have to be done and till the group is not going to be good with researching and only I would be then the group will not be able to complete the work on time. The work has to be divided equally so that there is a good sense of working and motivation which would be present. Action Plan There has to be a good plan to be able to overcome the weaknesses which I have discovered from this task which as going to be as following. There has to be good plan which should be present so that there would be good functioning for the future and there are going to be better results which would be taken out. SkillsDuration to improve ActivitiesProcess Time3 monthsMore tasks have to be allottedDaily activities will have to be
managementtomyselfwhichneedtobe done on time. More the tasks more practice will be gained. planned by me so that I can complete them on time and the objectiveswillbematched (Bharathi,2016).The competitionisincreasing which is why there has to be a goodtimemanagementand objectives have to be achieved sothatthereisabetter achievement. Problem solving 5 monthsThere are going to be different situations which have to be put in front me so that I will be able to understand them better and make decisions accordingly. I will have to understand the situations which are present in frontof meso thatthereis going to be a good functioning. Problemsolvingisgoodfor long run which is going to help thecompanytohavegood functioning and the results are going to be better (Walker and Fongwa,2017).Thereare objectives which have to be set and if there are any problems which are rising then they have to be solved on time. Team working 2 monthsTherehavetobemore communication and bond which needs to be created in the team so that they can give their best in the organization. Roleshavetobeallotted effectivelyandexisting problems have to be solved so thatthereisagood communication in the market. Thisisgoingtohelpme achievetheobjectiveswhich
have been given to me which am going to be very effective. Team working makes the goals be achieved faster and better which is a very good factor for the functioning. CONCLUSION From the above reflection it can be concluded that there is a need of having the right functioning for them. There have to improvements which have to be done so that there would be better operations and individuals will b able to aim higher in life.
