Introduction
With the rapid advancement of the association, conflict between organizations is widening,
alumni are at the heart of the degree and more attention is being paid to their employability
skills. To win over their competitors in fierce conflict, managers need to bring graduates with a
wide range of abilities to the workplace and who need the multi-talented producers to perform a
variety of jobs. (Helyer, 2007). So graduates entering the world of work need to take on
managers.
To make us more risky later in the job market, we should first find out what employment ideas
the company needs for graduates, and then based on employment skills do the research
Individual SWOT and take business agreement to develop us.
Discussion of employability skills
What skills do employers want?
Employment skills are identified as skills necessary not only to build a business, but also to
progress within a business to realize a person's hidden potential and effectively contribute to key
business conduct (Pitan, 2016).
Today, despite the degree, organizations take more into account the employment potential of
alumni, but the level of employability is not the same. The employment skills that alumni should
have depends on the actual working situation of the organization and a number of organizations
have different rules. Through a wide range of writing analysis, the work skills output required by
organizations is nearly identical and can usually be broken down into the eight essential skills
that accompany them: Communication Skills, Teamwork Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Skills
self-management, planning and organization skills, technological skills, lifelong learning skills
and business and enterprise skills.
Why do companies want these skills?
Communication skills
The forecast for the CIPD relies on the latest quarterly CIPD / KPMG labor market forecasts, a
review of more than 1,400 UK leaders, the key skills that credit managers are looking for in
leaving pupils relationship skills ranked among the top three application attributes), hard-

working attitude (39%) and character (32%). (CIPD, 2006) Communication always takes place
in the workplace, with strong interpersonal skills we can have a close relationship with
colleagues and leaders, so it can establish a proper workplace and our help to complete work
more efficiently. Similarly, excellent interpersonal skills can not only make current customers
more satisfied with the items and administrations our organization provides, but can also attract
more customers which will help us.
Teamwork skills
In today's population, precisely because individual work capacity is not sufficient, an increasing
number of individuals need to come together to end up together. Working in collections can
speed up work and conceptualization to make the organization think better.
Problem solving skills
In this real world, organizations can go against various issues at any time, addressing the issue
effectively empowering the group that is strong in the temple or will come to an end.
Self-management skills
Similarly, organizations require graduates to have self-management skills to complete the job on
their own or practically on their own, without the requirement that someone continually have to
stand on top of the representatives and tell them they need to.
Planning and organizing skills
Leaders need graduates to make arrangements and resolve limited resources to achieve short-
and long-term organizational goals.
Technology skills
In the age of innovation, innovation capabilities become more and more important, the
organization needs the ability of employees to use broadcast PCs and communication facilities,
understand current patterns and advances in monitoring data through innovation.
Life-long learning skills
