Executive SummaryThe aim of present study is “To compare Lego and identify the measures to boost up the revenueof company”. Lego is renowned for manufacturing toys for children and toddlers. The companyhas been facing issue related with diminishing sales and profits. Competition and lack ofsustainability were considered as major issue for diminishing sales. In this part the researcherwill identify what was the main factor that degrades the sales of Lego and how they can boostup the revenue?The following study will help in understanding the concepts of employability andfactors that affects the sales of Lego. The rationale for conducting the research is to criticallyexamining the issues which affects the both the internal and external position of Lego. Thesefactors leads to degradation of the sales of organisation and eventually the company has to facelosses. To achieve the aim and objective of study, precise research methodology has been used. Itwas identified that sustainability was the main issue which impacts on the sales and revenue ofthe organisation.

Competition and lack ofsustainability were considered as major issue for diminishing sales (Hess, 2014). In this part theresearcher will identify what was the main factor that degrades the sales of Lego and how theycan boost up the revenue? According to Rahman and Gong, (2016) in the era, where globalcompetition is been increasing rapidly due to agile policies and governmental frameworks, itbecomes difficult for the management of the organisations to sustain effectively and efficiently.Competition has been enlarging and forces such as competitive pressures, lack of customerretention, employability skills and alternatives of products and services dragging the sales oforganisation downwards. Barton and James, (2017) said that to earn higher profits and revenue,the management of organisation must formulate precise strategies and decisions to gain andcapture market share. Numerous theories and models has been proposed by the researchers andphilosophers to analyse the internal, external and competitive position of the organisation. Miel,(2015) argued that in order to sustain in the competitive environment and enhance the level ofsales it is important for the management of business organisation to analyse their overallposition. Burrell and Morgan, (2017) elucidated that models such as SWOT, McKinsey's 7 S,Value Chain Model, etc. has been used by the management in order to analyse the internalposition of the company. Lego can implement these models in order to determine their internalposition. These models prove to be successful for the management and strategic thinker toanalyse the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of the company, align each element1
