My there best employability skills are:
1. Problem solving skill- I have good problem solving skills which assist me in solving the
issues in organization without the help of any other person.
2. Decision making skills- My decision making skills are very good as i can take best decision
according to the situation without any delay.
3. Communication skills- I have good communication skill by which i communicate with my
colleagues in an effective manner.
Employability skills which are needed to be developed:
1. Technical skills- I need to develop my technical skills so that i can better perform my job
role.
2. Learning skills- I need to developed learning skills so that i can understand the task in an
desired manner.
3. Planning and organizing- This skill of my self is needed to be developed so that i can better
plan execute the tasks.

1. Flexibility- It is my attribute that i can change according to the situation in organization.
2. Ability to work co-workers- I easily manages my self with the my co- workers.
3. Punctuality- I am very punctual about my work as all my tasks are competed within desired
time.

1. Commitment- I need to develop this attribute so that i can get better results.
2. Passion- I am not much passionate about my work which is needed to be developed.
