analysis and to pertain this decision making becomes an integral part. I think decision
making is as important as teamwork in any sector. The Gibbs Reflective cycle helped me to
prepare for the future and understand things in avid detail. Learning by doing is the agenda in
context to the Gibbs cycle. I actively participated in all the teamwork programmes and other
activities that helped me determine finance and accounts in greater terms. Then the
questionnaire helped me to prepare my future, and I evaluated myself on my loopholes. I
have gained various skills like avid interpersonal skills, employability skills, writing skills,
and other important skills in context with finance and accounting. The Job Matching
framework thinks about competitors' profiles against that required for a business' activity
opportunity to give a sign of delicate abilities fit. This has been generally attempted and tried
and is a demonstrated guide to right-first-time enlistment, sparing managers both time and
cash. Furthermore, when people secure that new open door, it will help with their enlistment
and proceeding with expert improvement making their position increasingly secure and
