INTRODUCTION
Employability skills are the skills which are required by an individual to inculcate in him
so that he can attain the job of his own interest and wish. The input of such skills and knowledge
is must for getting a specified job role. Different job roles demands of different skills. To attain
the employment individuals acquire the necessary skills by taking the use of necessary sources.
These sources may include learning through taking the necessary classes, lectures, reading the
books and journals and much more. Through the help of these sources an individual inculcate the
learning in him. These learning contribute to the professional development of a being. More the
skills help the individual in getting a good employability.
This report discusses about the Continuous Professional Development and Personality
Development plan. Both of these are the document which is prepared by an individual in order to
audit the skills which he has in him. Through this audit the individual would be able to introspect
himself so that he can take the necessary developments in him. These developments would help
him in getting a good job which he has wished for himself. At last the report also includes a
reflection which I had experience during the preparation of these CDP and PDP plans.
TASK
Continuous Development Plan and Personal development Plan
The continuous professional development is said to be a document in which an individual
points out the skills and knowledge which is required in the development. The CDP helps in
formation of skills which is must to inculcate in a person for acquiring the right job. The CDP
also is a document in which a person notes down all the learning which he has experience yet.
They say all the experiences contribute to some kind of learning and any person learns from the
experiences he had with him and also surrounds him. In these all the experiences which a person
gained from his personal or professional life gets include. The person can make the
improvements through the preparation of the same (Aliu and Aigbavboa, 2019). As in am
pursuing for the course of employability skills and development, work base learning, decision
making and professional development. To get a job which I want to have in the acquisition of
some skills are mandatory. These skills may include the ability to grab the things in work,
rational decision making ability, gaining the skills to acquire the required job and much more. In
my course which I have done with my university, I have tried to develop many skills and
knowledge in me with time. Every contribution has counted as a major learning in my life. There
I have inculcate various skills in me some of them may include communication skills, numerical
skills, decision making skills, and much more. Advancement is a cycle which continues going in
an individual life. Advancement would help a person in getting the necessary changes and
enhancements his abilities so it can get add to his accomplishments and achievement (Jackson,
2016). Hence an individual requirements to keep up the CPD, Continuing Professional
Development. It is supposed to be a record in which the individual composes every one of its

encounters, aptitudes, and information which he has picked up inside his formal and individual
life. In the short terms, it is an archive which an individual structures and expounds on the
abilities and exercises he has gained from his encounters.
The profile of a Cashier administrator requires different abilities and information. Using
these aptitudes and information the business partner helps the association in the achievement of
wanted objectives or set objective. The occupation of project lead is to deals with all the deals
and accomplishes the objective which is set by the division head. For turning into a decent deals
colleague there are not many abilities and information which the individual needs to instil in him
so he can play out the assignment in a more viable manner. The part of a business help is to
ensure that his group might accomplish the set objective, frames the strategies so that target
could be accomplished, anticipating the patterns, setting up the techniques which needs to get
utilized for accomplishing the destinations and considerably more. To accomplish these

In the course which I was pursuing in a University continuously develop various skills and
knowledge in me (Jovanovski, 2018). There were various experiences which have helped me to
inculcate learning within me and through them I have developed various types of employability
skills also. The course which I was pursuing in the University of Employability Skills and
development, learning through work and decision making. All these courses has helped me in
inculcating various learning and into the development of my mental an intellectual being. The
learning which I inculcate from my experience may include:
Rational decision making: decision making course was one of the courses which I was pursuing
in the University. This course has taught me about how to make legitimate decision after
analysing all the perspective of a particular situation. The course has taught me e that decision
should be made such that it gives the profit or comes in the benefit of an organisation. Through
the rational decision making ability I also get a command in making an appropriate decisions
regarding my personal life also. The choices which I made but only after proper analysis of all
the factors which were in associate with situation. Making an appropriate decision in
organisation or corporate is very much important because through your decision reorganization
may yield profit or May get into the pit of Loss.
Employability skills and development: through this course I continuously learn about the skills
and knowledge which I need to inculcate to get a better job or a profile in which I really want to
to pursue my life. The course taught me the primary skills which every employee or individual

need to have for their job. These basic skills includes communication skills, your are non verbal
communication, team handling, self confidence, motivational level, appropriate behaviour and
excetra.
Entrepreneurship in business: in that cause I gain the knowledge about business and its nature.
This course has given me enough knowledge about how can a person start his own entrepreneur
and take it to new Heights (Martínez-Cerdá, Torrent-Sellens and González-González, 2020). I
learn about feature of business their type along with some rules and regulation which apply I on
a business. This course has given me the appropriate learning with regard to entrepreneurship
and the skills which are necessary to have for starting up an entrepreneur.
Personal skills audit: Audit alludes to the way toward breaking down the elements. Individual
aptitude review alludes to the cycle wherein an individual is being broke down upon certain
abilities and rating is offered by the degree towards these abilities are controlled. Under a table is

REFLECTION
The CDP framework which I have prepared has helped me in marking my experiences
and learning which I have gain from them. This has put a light it upon the skills and learning
which I have inculcate from my experiences. Both formal and personal experiences which I have
encountered with has provide some of the Other kind of learning to me with as on to the
development of myself. For example while preparing the CDP framework I got to know about
the skills which with the time my University has build up in me. These skills may include
rational decision making ability knowledge about business for entrepreneurship and also given
me traits and knowledge which I need to inculcate in myself if I want to obtain a particular job
profile (Messum and et al., 2016). While preparing this framework I get to know about various
reflection about myself and the areas where I have develop my skills along with the areas where
I need to develop my skills. During the preparation of this report I also made personal
development plan in which I mention about the skills which an individual needs to have to
become a cashier. In that plan I first audit myself and rate my skills between the scale of 1 to 5.
In the personal skill audit I come to know about the areas of improvements. for example required
improvements in the area regarding my non verbal communication, ability to influencing and
motivate others and giving the reason solution to the problem. And all the above mentioned skills
I believe unnecessary for professional development. Later with the help of personal skills audit
framework I able to prepare SWOT analysis of myself. In the swot analysis I figured out my
strength with the help of which I can achieve my goals and weaknesses in which I need some
improvements. In that framework I also mention about the opportunities and threats which I
made face (Othman and et al., 2017). Opportunity may include a good job profile of my interest
and which and a profound growth in that field but whereas threat may include frequent changing
in the times of need and demand regarding skills and changing in the rules and regulations of
business environment and government. Through the SWOT analysis I prepared personal
development plan which states and help and individual in inculcating or improving these skills in
which he left behind. In the PDP the skills in which I need improvement includes computer
related skills, communication skills and the ability of decision making. In that plan I figured out
the beginning date from which I will start practicing for the skills and the sources from which I
would be taking help to inculcate the skills in me. I also mention about the criteria through which
I would be realizing about the degree to which I have gained my skills.
CONCLUSION
From the report presented above, a reflection has been provided about the CDP and
PDP’s. CDP stands for continuous development plan. It is a document in which an individual

mark his learning which he has gained from his experiences. These experiences include both
personal and professional life. The CDP has helped in the formation of personal skills audit in
which I audit about my skills which is must to have for a cashier. In that audit I rate myself and
get to know about the areas where I need improvements. I also have presented SWOT analysis
which states the strengths and weaknesses I have so that I can work accordingly upon my
opportunities by undertaking the threats also. At last I also prepared the PDP plan which worked
as a time table for me for helping me out in inculcating the skills in I need improvements.
