INTRODUCTIONEmployability skills can be termed as set of acquisitions that individuals should have inorder to hit their own targets for a longer period of time. With the help of this, firms can expectgain in both productivity and profitability. If an individual keeps on resolving issues orovercoming from their weak points, it may lead him/her to a great position at workstation.National Health Services (NHS) is a publicly funded system that is delivering their services tocommon people of England. 15500 workers are already working with this governmentalassociation and they are also looking forward to expand their manpower(Employability skills,2016). Main aim of this type of department is to offer their services or products to nation’speople with quality by using new tools, techniques and technologies. However, an organisationcan use various strategies to improvise productivity of workforce.TASK 11.1 Own responsibilities and performance objectivesIt has been found that a manager has many duties at workstation and he/she has to workwith full efficiency(Acemoglu and Autor. 2011). Effective management can show various waysto their employees so that they can hit their targets in a shorter period of time. NHS departmentof England delivers quality services to people so that standardisation that are related to theirhealth can get improved.
